This one is an oldie but a goodie that I like to re-introduce from time to time. I always think about this practice as hitting a "reset" button on my wholistic body. I think it's great anytime, but I especially like to do it on days when I'm "out of my element" whether that be from stress, or not getting enough sleep, or about to do something intense, etc....
