@@dipinrajan4077 half knowledge is always dangerous... Strength training does burn lesser calories than cardio in a given time period, but the former burns calories even at post post doing it as ur body repairs the muscles which in turn burns energy...

Depends on what stage the person is. I have good muscle but have some fat as well. So I prefer more cardio over strength training. Muscle loss can be kept at check by having a good diet where the protein portion is high.

Ghar mei jagah hai toh 2 dumbbells with adjustable plates ka set lelo, less than 2k mei mil jayega average quality. At least 1 saal without gym nikal jayega. Also get a resistance band 500-700 ka mil jayega good quality

Start using toes instead of whole ankle for running and squeeze your glutes while running to avoid pelvic tilt, and keep your diet on a caloric surplus with adequate protein intake with proper vitamin profile. Use lung exercises for better use of air inhalation and flow of air, when to use it, increasing lung capacity which would result in less lactic acid production. Sleep atleast for 8 hrs till your selection cause your sleep is gonna be taken away first there for sure. (use supplements if necessary)
