Appreciate Lees level headedness and semi honesty about the game. Enjoy youth while one has it. It is our most precious gift. After 55 when the tsunami of old age rolls in with tidal wave force there is no supplement to withstand it. When I see the very few young guys cacked out from the gym these days it looks painful to me. Can’t even watch a movie with a muscle guy in it. I remember when Munzer and Ross died. Hit hard.

I remember reading about Lee in an article from back then on how he was eating pancakes w ice cream and here I was eating my tuna and brown rice and wondering why I wasnt growing. Took alot from him and started adding calories w pancakes etc whilst still having the chicken and brown rice and finally started growing.

Nerve injury from car crash several years ago

As bdergs said. Shortly after coming home to Australia he got T-boned by another driver. Damaged a nerve in his neck which caused his pec to shrink. Pretty sure he’s got most of the size back minus the strength. Had trouble with insurance because they were trying to say the injury was from bodybuilding. Not long before his stint with black skull supplements.

Man that’s back when guys actually had real arms! That’s why my arms are my best body part followed by legs, quads hams and calves.Bodybuilders these days are all shoulders and back. Probably filled with oil because the lack of definition and separation ala Lunsford.I don’t care much for todays physiques they look way better back then way better!
