Nice full body workout, man. Just completed 4 rounds with my 77lbs bag with 1min rest between rounds. I enjoyed it mucho. It's balanced and i like that it goes from legs to top instead of alternating top/bottom. Thanks a lot!

Thanks! I'm glad you found it helpful, I try to switch the order of exercises...some people respond better to working the lower body first.

Hey man I love your videos. I have a question, I thought that lunges, especially weighted, were bad for the knees. I blew my ACL out 13 years ago playing soccer, you think it's safe to do those considering that happened?

If you have any apprehension, I would skip them...for training your knees, you should check out the "Athletic Truth Group" (atg) info. They are a great resource for strengthening knees.

I used to do weighted lunges but when the tendons above my knee started hurting, I stopped doing them. Take care of your body. Everything u do now will take a toll on your body when u get older. Id recommend squats but warmup beforehand ( u can do no weight squats for warmups, jogging in place for 10 min, or stationary cycling for 5 min). Then do your squats. Rrmember to stretch after workout... I forgot to tell u that I have a mild quadricep tendonitis due to jumping a lot from basketball. I still can do weighted lunges without pain. But after working out, thats when I start feeling pain in my quadricep tendons

23Kg in total, but they have 3 kettlebells inside, that can be used separately.
