Its true that she eats and not restricting, but that is not enough food for a girl who wants to be strong. When she said she eats quite large portions I kind of laughed because thats not a lot food, especially on the snack before her work out. You will not get the maximum of energy on your workout. Just a little reminder, saying that she eats enough could lead to young girls thinking they are eating to much, when they really aren't. I'm eating a lot more than her but it does'nt bother med because I know what is right for my body. But I just wanted to put it out there because there could be girl being triggered of this, because she is already thin and maybe she is not eating as much as you.
@elisabethfarquhar71875 жыл бұрын
In case anyone was curious, I did a rough calculation of her calories for the day. Breakfast = the biggest meal at 949 calories Macha latte = roughly 260 calories, could be wrong. I calculated based on 2 cups of oat milk. Lunch = 474 calories Snack = 142 calories Supper = 436 calories This comes out to a total calorie intake of 2260 calories, with numbers rounded off. Assuming she does about an hour of medium to high intensity pilates, that will burn an additional 360 calories, making her total calories for the day clock in at about 1900. She eats more than you think! Good food choices make a difference.

I think that depends on where you live. I used to think that too, but I found out recently that in the Netherlands you can just return the empty Nespresso cups to the store. The aluminum pads will there be recycled 100% (using it for bikes and cars) and the left-over coffee still in the pads is transferred into bio-fuel (here being used for the public transport busses of a city called Nijmegen). However, buying the cheaper 'Nespresso' pads from other stores would make it wasteful because they are not recycled. Good advice on using a reusable cup (and straws), I love mine and even gets me discounts in some coffee shops!

Before toasting veggies in the oven, literally massage them with paprika powder or curry powder before putting them in the oven. Or just do that before adding them to the salad or pan. It makes a huge difference from just seasoning on top of food.Gyrus seasoning is also amazing if you like spicy food. For fried dishes you can also add concentrated tomato or concentrated paprika to the pan while cooking the chicken and veggies (german markets if you cant get them in america) Along with the vitamins in the morning, a black charcoal pill every two days goes a long way in detoxing the body and blood. Nice video btw ;)

Ingredients: kCal 1 cup / 135g sunflower seeds or hulled hemp seeds 825 ¼ cup / 45g flax seeds 426 *Soak for an hour in warm water prior to using.* ½ cup / 65g hazelnuts, almonds, pinenuts. Any nuts will do. Crush or chop. 380. 1 ½ cups / 145g rolled oats 508 4 Tbsp. chia seeds or other seeds like pumpkin or hulled hump seeds. 137 4 Tbsp. psyllium seed husks (3 Tbsp. if using psyllium husk powder) 1 tsp. fine grain sea salt (add ½ tsp. if using coarse salt) 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey or rice syrup) 61 3 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee or butter or any solid fat. 155 1½ cups / 350ml water Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, stirring well. Whisk maple syrup, oil and water together in a measuring cup. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix very well until everything is completely soaked and dough becomes very thick (Do not be tempted to add water or liquid to make it easier to stir). Place well mixed mixture in a DEEP flexible silicon bread pan. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon. Let sit out on the counter for at least 2 hours, or all day or overnight. To ensure the dough is ready, it should retain its shape even when you pull the sides of the loaf pan away from it. This loaf does not rise, but does adhere well together thanks to the psyllium husks. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. 3. Place loaf pan in the oven on the middle rack, turn heat down to 160°C and bake for 60 minutes. Remove bread from loaf pan, place it upside down directly on the rack and bake for another 60+ minutes. Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped. Let cool completely before slicing (difficult, but important). It should not ‘sag’, if it does, use less water and bake for longer at a lower temperature 4. Store bread in a tightly sealed container for up to 10 days. Freezes well too - slice before freezing for quick and easy toast! Birds will relieve you of any crumbs and leftovers.

I can't tell what it is that sets you apart from other beauty/health-fitness youtubers. Perhaps its your down to earthness? I don't know. I don't know you but I just really feel like you're down to earth and I love it!

All what you just ate, looks delicious and nutritional. The sad thing is that all those ingredients you used to prepare your meals are REALLY expensive and difficult to afford, Be healthy is not cheap at all xD. Pd. Have you ever eaten something fried or condimented?

Maria Puertas not really. Rice is cheap. Most vegetables are pretty cheap. Especially if you buy in bulk and store in a produce saving container. Only thing that’s pricier is some of the protein powders and nuts. But if you get protein powder it lasts you a long time. You can also get nuts pretty cheap at Aldi
