Love this video! I find a lot of prenatal workouts are really fluffy and slow. I like that this one has some challenge to it and keeps your heart rate up. SarahBeth would love to see more short prenatal videos like this!

Awesome prenatal practice. Most of the prenatal ones I've done really just kind of stretch and I don't feel like I actually get any heat to going or any kind of workout. This was definitely awesome and energizing. I feel like I actually accomplished to workout versus just some stretching.

I’ve been doing yoga with your videos for a little over a month now - I’m almost 30 weeks along. I love that however I’m feeling or whatever I need on a given day, you have a routine for it. No excuse to not come on my mat! I can even do several sessions throughout the day. I’m not an athletic person and have always struggled with committing to a physical activity (especially by myself!) So i wasn’t so optimistic a KZbin channel would discipline me 😂 Somehow you managed to have me do yoga every single day : THANK YOU. ♥️

Loved the music and the smooth voice over! I am 8 months pregnant and the modified side planks were great. When I felt like I was losing form, I just dropped out of it and popped back up. 20 minutes felt like the perfect length for this kind of practice. Thank you so much for this, Sarah!

14 weeks and completed this video as a cool down stretch after a 30-minute prenatal HIIT routine. So glad to be getting my energy back. This sequence was a perfect pace and will continue to be part of my daily workouts. I cried while holding my belly at the end. Our bodies are miraculous. Thank you!

Love it. Sometimes I feel though (not only for this video but other ones from the prenatal routine series) that it goes too fast. Even if I can move quickly I want to make sure I am doing it correctly, being mindful of the movement I'm doing and enjoying it, but as I need to keep moving fast to keep up with the video I sometimes have to pause the video to properly do the movement and the resume it.

I’m 8 weeks and my friends keep telling me that I MUST workout throughout the pregnancy to stay healthy and also so that it will be easier to lose the baby weight. About 10 weeks left for my baby to come 🥰 I've been doing your 15min morning prenatal workout and it's been very good to start the day with it. It helps me move into ease the little morning aches in neck and hips/back and connect with my baby. This one is more strengthening and high paced. It made me sweat ! I LOVE it. I feel empowered to be able to do this kind of workouts in the last trimester, and I think it's very important to feel strong for the day I will put my baby into the world. ♥️♥️♥️ thanks a LOT Sarah ! These videos are the best and def what I was looking for. Before pregnancy I was hard core into high intensity workouts but since being pregnant I no longer feel comfortable or have the tolerance to go to the gym. Really no specific reason it’s just a mood I guess and being short of breath. I love that I can do these at home and I feel so much strength being built, there great! Thanks!

Hi.😊 How far along were you when you first did this? I really enjoyed working up abit of a sweat again after 9weeks of very sedentary living. But I feel kind of bad. Like I'm putting my babies at risk. I'm pregnant with twins. Just looking for some reasureances that this is safe to do. I really did enjoy it 😊

I’m 38 weeks pregnant 😱 and this video and the other 20 min prenatal routine are the only workouts I feel up to now days. Just enough to feel like I did something to stay active but not so hard I feel like I can’t or don’t want to do it.
