warmup stairmaster burpees with tuck jump kick backs + pulse thrusts with dumbbell/when dying, ditch the db squat pulses(3 feet apart/3 feet together) lunge-kickback complex (I made notes for myself and why not share if someone wants it too:))

About the turmeric.. You can make a turmeric- ginger tea, with one teaspoon of ground ginger, one teaspoon of ground turmeric, cinnamon, juice of one lemon, put it in a 2 cups of water and let it simmer for around 5 min, then let it cool down....Put it in the fridge and you have a great drink for for the summer + you can add honey/ stevia to it, if you like it on the sweet side :) btw, you are great, keep the good work, we all love you! cheers, all the way from Macedonia ******

I am from Canada and love to hear your Aussie accent too.Your energy and enthusiasm are just what I need sometimes to keep me motivated. I like your simple and healthy approach to eating and I like your awesome Spirit! If I could tell my younger self something important in a healthy lifestyle that I do live now it would be to incorporate all things healthy in your life as in no toxins in your home only plant based cleaners, burn only beeswax and soy candles,use only glass containers for food even though the plastic might say BPA free ( what are they replacing it with?) , only natural cosmetics, shampoo, soap ( I make my own) basically a chemical free home in every way! Love You!

Hey!!! So, after countless hours of research and trying to figure out the best way to loose my baby/ stress weight ... I came across your channel. it's been extremely helpful for me these past few weeks. I have completely changed my eating habits, getting rid of dairy, gluten (for the most part), and getting my sugar source from fruit. I am feeling so much better. Thanks so much! I love your channel, you are fun to watch, and all around inspiring. You should try making your long black with a dash of almond milk and blending that together in a blender with about a tablespoon of ghee! It's full of healthy fats and helps release your caffeine more evenly throughout the day so you don't have that "crash". It also tastes amazing!!!!

I think you just think you eat a lot but you really don't. You eat large volume, high water content meals but they're super low in calories... that's why you're hungry all the time.

mrscormo this will sound angry because it's through text but honestly... This is a snap shot of her life, she eats incredibly healthy. Just because she's not eating high starch carb meals doesn't mean she's not eating enough

Shaunagh Mulhall healthy isn't the same for all situations, even highly processed foods can be healthful depending on the individual. Clearly what she's doing isn't working. There has been research showing that digestive distress is an indicator of a poor metabolism. Also, she says she has PCOS, sometimes women who don't eat enough show symptoms of PCOS but when they resume normal eating patterns, these symptoms go away. You can chock it up to genetics all you want but that's so seldom the case. If her diet was so healthful for her she wouldn't have so many issues. I think her strategies for achieving body and health goals aren't exactly compatible right now. If you're interested check out Chris Sandel, Matt Stone and Christy Harrison if you're interested in learning more about what I've mentioned.

I feel she should have picked another day though. i just dont like to see young girls aspire to a diet that has a poor nutritional profile. But if she normally eats a reasonable amount, i guess her followers will take this day in context.

I'm from America and its always so trippy when you film when youre in the car because you guys drive on the other side of the road. And every time you get in the car my brains like "whys she getting in the passengers side?...oh wait shes not Im just dumb" lol I just never get used to it!
