Hello I am Karlton at 34 I was in an explosion while I was active duty in the military. It ended my military career and for the next many years I found myself lost. I found your practice a few months ago, and I have fallen so deeply in love with this. It has changed my life. I have gotten off of so many different medicines and medication’s just from being able to have my nervous system finally relax I didn’t know that I was needing this so badly my body was craving yoga thank you

Thank you, Ally. I first heard about yoga Nidra via the podcast of Dr. Andrew Huberman, and I have been doing it every morning after waking, and often at night before sleep, for more than a month. It has changed the way I start my day, setting a tone that lasts longer and longer into the day the more I do it. When I do it at night, I sleep a calmer sleep, with my body and my mind shutting down so smoothly and peacefully. I tried a number of different yoga Nidra KZbin channels, but my first one was yours, and it only took me trying a couple of other ones to discover that I preferred yours, by far. Thank you so much for providing something that has changed my daily practice, and has significantly improved the quality of my life. Namaste 🙏🏻

Me too! I had a two hour rest between reflexology clients and was in clinic for a 12 hour day. Did this and it was perfect for my energy and evening clients.

This was perfect for post-work brain drain. When I got home I was so overloaded with all the things that I did and didn’t do, all the ways I had been pulled to work on various projects for various clients. Just too many parts moving at once. I thought I was going to lose the little free time I have after work. But in the time it took to roll out my yoga mat, set up my bolster, grap my eye pillow, close my home office door, and listen to this recording (approx. 25-27mind)-I have my mind back to do things at home and things that help me feel whole.

I just quit my toxic job. I thought about it carefully and put my health and myself first. I feel better after this short session. I was scared but it was a good decision. You can do it too if you have a toxic workplace! Think it through and make a plan.

This is one of my favourite Yoga Nidra recordings! I love the sequence of this rotation of consciousness, breathing through different parts of the body and the symbols you ask us to bring in at the end really help me feel like I am the sky, I am united with all there is. It was really facinating to do this nidra without background sounds. My mind was racing but then I was able to drop-in and quiet. I loved the pace and the points you chose to explore. I'm able to call up the feeling of deep relaxation from nidra on my own outside of my practice. I'm loving this journey!

Dearest Ally, over the last 2 years I have been going through a particularly challenging time, so often waking up with dread & anxiety coursing through my body. This quick reboot so quickly turned that around for me to start my day with a deep calm, I’m so very grateful. I seek out your older recordings with less chatter & advertising at the end which honestly defeats the purpose. I want to like this yoga nidra but I can’t get into a deep state with the sound cutting in and off. It’s distracting for me but I loved the beginning of tension and release. A great practice to add!

Hi Ali,Just popping in to say Hi and Yoga Nidra is fast becoming a routine part if mt day especially when I get a brain fog a few hours after getting up.I had a stroke in 2018.Since listening.I gave been able to stand up in my bathroom for my morning washing I sleep much betterNo longer waking 4 to 5 times a night.I want to get up in the morning and not lol around.I have a little nest in my living room fir my resets Thank you for all you do and making this available to people like me.I hope more stroke survivors and thrivers find their way to the spaces provided by yiu and Kristin.

3:20 pm on December 9th. I felt very connected to the spaciousness of the sky and spaciousness within myself. After this practice I felt energized and tuned in to creativity. Thank you!

Working my way through Module 1! I found myself very tired after working and then hiking today, so I thought rather than taking a nap, I would try a short Nidra Practice. I think I tried to go to sleep, but was immediately aware of your voice bringing back to awareness! Thank you! hi Ally,❤ I am one of your students and I'm in module one doing the first five yoga Nidra's consecutively. I've done this one a few times and I find myself when I do it again remembering how much I love it I especially love the breathing through the crown and out to that forehead❤.
