In bihar our famous litti is filled with sattu,we always drink sattu in. Water with pinch of salt which really helps in digestion,and cools our body,what a coincidence I am having sattu right now 😅

Nachani is high in iron nd buttermilk is having calcium, so when it combines it will not absorb iron..so not sure but i dont think so ,its combination is good.
