If you wanted to taste like sour cream you should use lemon juice not vinegar. At least that is my experience like I said I used to have to make everything from scratch and the only thing that came out before any of these other than rice cheese that came out more than 20 years ago one of the first things that came out besides that was a fake soy based cream cheese and it was like more like a milk of thick creamy milk so when you added lemon juice you got the flavor of kind of a sour cream and this is according to my mother who had a taste of it I was ready to toss it because I never liked sour cream but she loved it and she thought it was sour cream and ate it all up and I should say my mother eats all used my mother when she was alive used to eat everything you could think of under the sun and I mean like shrimps and if offered shark she probably would have tried it my mother ate everything she was an omnivore I'm not kidding you I don't know if she ate it right humans I don't think she did but I'm sure if somebody had give offered her meat any kind of meat she'd have eaten it.

Oyster mushrooms. From king mushroom or mushroom kings in Florida.
@DanaTS2 жыл бұрын
They appear to be Elm or Pearl Oysters more specifically, but other types of mushrooms would work (actually looking at their site, it’s probably their Italian Oyster, a true Pleurotus variety, but still any should work similarly), including other types of Oyster mushrooms. *Editing to add- if you can’t find a good local source for Oyster mushrooms, they’re pretty easy to grow with a grow bag kit (widely available). Oysters tend to like lots of air, so keep that in mind, but they’re readily available in grow kits and do well for most people like even set somewhere like a kitchen counter.

To preface, I just want to say that I love you guys. At the risk of sounding rude, Monica, you should really learn how to use a fork and knife properly. It was very painful to watch, and pretty distracting from the rest of the end of the video. Just look up some videos and practice a few times and you'll get the hang of it. Again, I love you guys and I really don't want to sound negative, I think it's just one of those things that everybody should learn, but there's no way to know unless someone mentions it to you.
