Sir thank you very much. When I joined I did it with trepedition- but I am so glad I joined. I have been suffering from neck and left shoulder pains that was limiting my left arm movements. I am now 60% relieved of the pain and I am able to lift my left arm without bending or craning my neck foreward, I am able to clasp my right arm with my left from the back, I am able to clap back and front, I am able to turn my head extreme left and right without a catch. I get pain on my shoulder and neck while practicing trikonasana. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am 63 years old and have once again started to smile.

Aapka sikhane ka jo way bahut acha hai and aap time ke sath yoga karate ho, otherwise baki sab bata dete ki aishe karo vaise karo. Starting mein excercise karna bahut muskil hota hai, easy excercise se hi hum dheere dheere difficulty badate hai, baki instructer bahut difficult excercise batate hai jisse usey roj karna bahut muskil ho jata hai or usko aap roj nhi kar patey ho. But aap sath mein yoga karte ho.

Sir thank you very much I have got my both hip joints replaced about 18 months back. ( iam 69 years old now ) Since then I am doing light exercises as instructed by physiotherapists only for lower body .your this yoga has inspired me to do this daily .likewise I request your kind self to bring out a video for light exercises to lower hypertension and diabetes in yoga format with out requiring extra strain on replaced hip joints .
