I am a little shocked you are using sausage?? Is this not Halaal meals?! In America sausage means pork. Please clarify?? Or maybe you mean beef hot dogs?

It maybe so that's what sausage means in America. We refer to sausage ground meat in casing. In Turkey the content is often beef, or a mix of beef with turkey or chicken, sometimes both. The same as in the UK beef sausages are readily available however they are still referred to as 'sausages'. It is best not to assume the term 'sausage' means what it does in America, worldwide, however if in doubt ;-) Hope this gives you some reassurance if you ever visit Turkey :-) Have a great day

+Suggestions from Leah Sausage doesn't always mean "pork" here but the common one is the breakfast pork one. There's chicken, beef, lamb, salmon etc. Hot dogs are actually "sausages." But if you go to specialty shops or butchers, you can find a good variety.
