I know I'm not the brightest bulb, but I just can't keep up. I guess I should not have watched the videos back-to back! I owned a 2007 GX470…best vehicle I have ever owned. I bought it used with over 140K and it drove like brand new. Maintenance is stupid expensive, but it was relatively easy enough to work on ( I do ALL my own maintenance and repairs ). I had 3 vehicles when I owned my GX and it was my go-to daily driver. I would still own it had I not got rear ended in it. It took a massive hit and was still drivable, it was totaled but I thought it was very impressive how well it took the hit. I have not liked the body style of the GX since 09 until now. I will DEFINITELY get year 2 of this new GX. I LOVE IT!!!

I don't know if anyone else has reported this to you guys, but I watch every single video you put out, and I have literally never seen your videos on my KZbin home page. The only way I can get to them is by directly clicking on the notification. Your videos never come up as a suggestion, but every other car page I follow does. Any idea why??

Strange; usually their new videos are some of the first I see every time I open up the app

It has to be a feed glitch. Maybe unsub and re sub with notifications on and see if that fixes it?

Whenever there's a small third row in a vehicle, Mark always says something like "it's only there for marketing" or "it's only for in a pinch." It's for children, dude. They're like these smaller kind of humans, and they can fit back there just fine.
@homelessmillionaire19 ай бұрын
Yea, car review KZbinrs think everyone is a super-sized 6' American. Some Americans won't even fit in the second row
@ryannatividad31379 ай бұрын
The third row of these smaller three-row SUVs are heavily used and sought after in other markets. They are going to sell a variation of this as the Land Cruiser Prado with three rows in other global markets. When visiting the Philippines, my family at one point had 10 people in my grandfather's Mitsubishi Pajero Fieldmaster (an updated version of the 1990s Montero we had in North America). That was a much smaller vehicle. Although it was tight, we fit (albeit without seatbelts).

The crazy part is I had such a hard on for the cx70 being launched this week only to be punched right in the balls. This thing was line batteries to my tongue until I saw it and was like yeah it’s pretty cool.

Saying it's better than the previous generation regarding drivability and systems is a given!!!! Especially since the last generation was introduced more than a decade ago.....

Yes, but the last gen was so coveted it would be easy to screw up.

I know you guys had the option to chose which trim you wanted to feature on the channel and I commend you for choosing the premium + which will account for more than 60% of the market of the new GX and passed on the overtrail which less than 1% of them will actually see a trail. This is the reason why I respect your opinions.

Seriously considering the 250 Prado version of this.

Would pick a V6 over any 4 banger or EV for something like this. Glad they didn't downgrade like Volvo, Mercedes, and many other brands... This thing looks sweet. Would love to own one someday.

This is one of the first vehicles in the past 5 years to actually get me all hot and bothered. I almost picked up a current GX, but the design that remain unchanged since 1918 just left me wanting something more modern. I've also been considering an X5 with the B58, because Jack keeps screaming that at me in my dreams, but I'd much rather go for a Lexus.
@MonsieurGuy9 ай бұрын
Unless you go off-road, a B58 G05 X5 40i is a really great alternative daily SUV. Plush and sporty. As usual, lease it, don't buy it.

I think this will sell well, especially the Overtrail+ trim. I hope this translates to the LX600 getting a mid cycle refresh, in which they bring back the split tailgate and add the Overtrail trim.
@styledliving9 ай бұрын
split tailgate omission is a huge mistake on the initial release toyota is having problems trying to figure out where to put the hybrid battery. if we bring back the 80 series dual swingout tailgates, we could mount the spare on the rear and also put the battery (or an aux tank) underneath the trunk, or even have a decent footwell for 3rd row passengers.

I would totally buy this down the line but I’ll keep my 22’ GX no matter what
