It's just cool to see guys that I followed in the 90's still at it...I'm a natural hobby lifter since the 80's....never got big but I'm 57 and my body still looks 30ish....there is a true benefit to staying with it.....

I'm 60 and have trained 47-years. My goal is to be 77 and to have trained 64-years and look near as good as Robby. The man is legend.

Wow that actually respectable weight for behind neck pulldowns he does them slow and controlled he's 77 that's mad he's fitter than most young guys! That golden era longevity right there! It's was about healthy and longevity now it's get huge hope to reach 30-40 at a stretch! Excellent footage Robbie still showing how much knowledge he has at his age proving kong term healthy weightlifting is good!!!! ❤❤❤

Mike, love your videos. I'm 51 and been lifting 30 years. I wanted to know if you do any shoulder mobility like shoulder dislocators or light bands? I like to do them with a stick, just one or two sets of ten in my warmup. I swear this is the key to healthy shoulders and mobility. I can still put up 4 plates and have bulletproof shoulders. I have the state bench record that I got in 2014 and it still stands to this day. Keep on doing your thing with great success!

More great content form you Mike..although I do prefer your other way of doing rear pull downs which is facing away from the rack with your butt on the edge of the seat..I find this way tends to lessen the desire to rock the head forward

You guys need to get Clark Bartram working out with you on some videos. Clark is recently posting some "woe is me" thing about some setback he has. Basicly Clark dresses like an elementary schooler and you two could do back day with him.

Doing pull downs in front is a more normal body movement...i did behind neck pull downs for decades...but over last few years started doing fronts...my lats are no smaller and my shoulders dont hurt ...but if you do lighter weight and do very strict reps i do believe for most trainers behind the neck pull downs are fine...but many trainers yank and use to much weight thats what causes issues... doing front pull downs is a much more natural movement and even if you do crappy form you will most likely not injure yourself like you can on rear pulls...

As A Health & Fitness Coach that seat lat pull row off the platform with your Lower Abdomen & pelvic area pressed against the Seated row is an Absolutely Bad idea. 👎 I'm sure most will 👍 Agree on this

As a health and fitness coach you should be able to quantify your observation with some type of kinesiological, athletic or strength building evidence. Using a title does not explain anything you are theorizing.

@mikebrown7143 lol not even in the book of anatomy or anywhere you will see this sort of nonsense. That exercises was ridiculous, cause both the guys couldn't do it. Mike struggled and looked uncomfortable as well. If they were seated and bent over , then yes. No where especially in kinesiology they demonstrate this😃😃lower abdomen pelvic area being push in at thee end of the bench😅
