Wow you were so lucky with the quiet weather, well done, great video. My round last May started in Seathwaite at 5am. I dropped a car at Keswick the night before and cycled to the campsite at Seathwaite. Nice campsite. The Scafell section I found very slow due to the rocky terrain, so I was off my schedule by 3 hours by High Raise, however the rest was really easy going so I was able to make up some time, although I found the descent of Steal fell a complete knee destroyer. Overall I was 2 hours over my schedule so was too late for the chip shop. Disaster !

Thanks Kevin, We'll be taking on the challenge at the end of April. Hoping to be on top of Skiddaw for Sunset and at Scafell Pike around sunrise or earlier, the only other section we've not done was Steel Fell so nice to here it's going to kill us 🤣. We're going for 24 hours but just getting the route done will be an achievement. Pippa had a bit of a health scare a couple of years ago, which I won't go into detail, but just to get to this stage has taken a lot of hard work. We'll definitly be looking at getting a chippy tea 🤣👍.
