I don’t have schizophrenia, but it’s probably the most interesting psychological disorder I’ve ever seen. Your content gives me a clear enough look into the life of someone experiencing these effects, and even though it can be hard for someone to explain, I appreciate it when they try because I really want to understand. My best friend is schizophrenic and I have to fight them so hard to get them to stay alive. They struggle with so many of the same things you do. Lately they often want to kill themselves and they are unreasonably obsessed with the thought. I watched your videos, it must be a common symptom. If there is anything that you feel helps you get through that, please share. Watching your vids and the fact you'd rate that last simulation 7/10... It must be so hard to exist like that. I'm so happy to see you staying strong and I hope my friend can do the same.

​@@carolburnette2019maybe that calms you a little but I also stopped taking my meds months ago and I felt better ever since, I would say he should try them, even though I hate the meds, just so he can say he did try it for you, if you are calm, he'll be more calm too. These meds don't help the root cause of a a person in our condition cause they don't explain anything, it's like taking drugs to solve a math test, you know you'll get sober again and the test still will be there for you to solve, so we'd rather get to the test sober and solve it.

I’ve struggled with severe anxiety - at one point it was several panic attacks a day, but I’m quite recovered now, and haven’t had a panic attack in some time. The overlap with schizophrenia is interesting to me; my anxious thoughts are often paranoid or catastrophic: I’m going to die, someone is going to kill me, and so on. I don’t believe them, but they still pull on me really powerfully. Similarly, some panic attack symptoms can be very realistic, like powerful internal messages that I’m going to die. My dad has had panic attacks that realistically simulated a heart attack. I don’t believe those messages either, but they’re powerful enough that it’s very hard to ignore them. I have met people whose anxiety became utterly convincing for them and took on a psychotic dimension.

It is generally believed among psychiatrists that schizophrenia represents one end of the neural spectrum and autism is the other extreme. Autism attracts much more attention since it's usually present at birth, whereas schizophrenia doesn't usually develop until adolescents or young adulthood. Some claim though that people with more mild forms of schizophrenia like schizotypal and schizoid develop it earlier.

When you explained that you hear it a lot and you consider it but you don’t, and how you said “I guess that’s a good thing” no it is a good thing. if I was there I would’ve hugged you and told you that it was. Would it be possible for this to trigger an episode for you? I’m not schizophrenic but I have bi polar and substance use disorder and used to hear music a lot sometimes I would recognize the music and sometimes I wouldn’t. When I would hear orchestral music I’d never heard before I would think I was supposed to be like Mozart or something lol. This got worse while I was detoxing from heroin and meth but now I’ve been sober for 3 years and on a mood stabilizer it doesn’t happen anymore. Subscribed!!

My brother had schizophrenia. After he took a drug someone gave him after he left the army and he found his fiance cheating he turned into a different person. I felt so bad for him. When my brother was on his meds he was so sweet and he was one of the most generous people I ever met. He got pneumonia and died years ago. He's in heaven with Jesus because he was saved, I know. BTW my brother drank coffee and my friends brother who has schizophrenia drinks coffee and a lot of it.

Simulations can really capture only one symptom, hallucinations. You only get a partial idea of what it might be like. Schizophrenia always involves more symptoms than just hallucinations.

This hurt. My late bf suffered with schizophrenia. He suffered from all of these symptoms, and refused to medicate. We were heavy addicts.. he was in recovery when we got together.. and so many times I blame myself. But.. he would often go into psychosis, and believe he killed me.. until he took his life out of half fear of hurting someone, and half suffering.. I appreciate you educating people.

For some reason, I found the background slightly indistinct voices in the first video more disconcerting. Sent my anxiety through the roof. The second video felt more like a staged production and thus less visceral. I have bipolar disorder, but thankfully without psychotic symptoms. Overall, very informative for someone who has not experienced it. A verbal account does not have nearly the same effect.

I've only ever experienced a voice sometimes when I'm really tired and about to fall asleep or in that "half-asleep" state when waking up and it has always been like a very loud... slightly ... mechanical sounding yell. Well not mechanical, but there's a quality to it that it kinda sounds like it's coming through a loud speaker, has that same... buzz or static sound as when you touch an amplifier's guitar plug to metal, or are about to plug it to your guitar... that "zzzz" sound, accompanied by a voice that kinda explodes and then goes quiet. It's happened probably like a dozen times during my life and it's the only kind of way I can imagine what it would be to hear voices or so. Our brains sure are an odd thing.... I frequently only struggle with anxiety (disaster thoughts etc.), social anxiety fears and occasional depression. Thank you for the insight into this. (KZbin pushed your "SCHIZOPHRENIC EPISODE ON CAMERA" video in my recommended and thought to check out more recent vids)

Most schizophrenics drink coffee. It's not a bad idea to try it. It's just important to make sure there aren't contraindications with medications. Clozapine and Olanzapine don't mix great with caffeine. If you're not a smoker, it might be worth trying the patch. Nicotine decreases certain symptoms

9:30 and beyond reminds me of the last two times I did weed. Haven’t done it in two years. Well the last time it was merely delta-8 but still horrible. It was an awful psychosis…psychosis? Did I really go through psychosis? I remember hearing a voice like “I don’t WANT TO GOOO” and trying to play religious videos because I was scared to the core. Secondly…before I reached my 20’s I did have that voice, not a voice but a thought drilling into my head how I was worthless and etc. thank you for these videos. Hello 👋 I have the condition and can tell you it takes more than one day of missed meds to have any affect. It's possible she's stopped taking them or missed a few days/weeks worth as it takes time to leave your body. Hope she's doing ok now

My brother just killed my Mother during his shizophrenic episode, the first psychosis was in Aug. 2022 he was in hospital just for 4 weeks and they let him go. After one year rn it returned and he didnt had that Treatment he should have, we also called the police several times and in they said that they cannot put him into the Psychatrie without his own permission, the thing is he was sick and the doctors where only talking to him and somehow they let him go 2 time. He also beat me on monday 25. Sept. because he thought i was an enemy, then with more back story but to much too explain he killed my mother in the Apartment on 28. Sept. she was 55 years old, very sad because we told 100 times that they need to put him in the Psychatrie and just after all that they put him its called in germany Forensic Psychatrie. Rn checking with the laywer everthing about this case. Just wanted to tell a story about shizophrenia when you dont treat it in the right way.

If schizophrenia usually starts showing symptoms between 18 to 25 in men and 21 to 30 in women, why do most of the people who have it not realize they have it? They would have spent 18 to 21 years without symptoms on average, right? Isn't that long enough to get a feel for what "normal reality" is like so that the can somewhat tell the hallucinations apart from reality?

In health there is something called prodromic symptoms and signs, in the case of schizophenia, it starts with social withdrawal, changes in personality and stuff like this, not with a full blown hallucinatory episode

I have had a lot of scysoprenic symptoms for only a few days of my life now only hear a voice of a loved one and it’s only them saying my name don’t know if I have it but not a lot the voices were also verry clear and loud but I could tell they weren’t shouting a man with a scary voice giving me instructions that were hard to follow as I dident know what he was asking and for some reason in my central vision there’s a small black dot I’m also almost sure it wasent a dream. I also saw a car wash at the bottom of my stair which was part of the objective the voices here were the same in terms of tone and volume and got real chills loaning like at did when it happens to me myself maybe this is something else or it’s less prevalent with me

i wonder if this could be spiritual. im not judging at all. i think it would be good for you to seek spiritual help, not church, but some spiritual house where you could maybe help change your vibration. not sure im makings sense, but when i was using a lot of drugs i had several dreams with evil spirits (we are all spirits in a human body) and when i got sober they started asking for help. i think meds and doctors help, but there needs to be a holistic approach. sending love your way~

Last winter while I was delusional, I went on a bike ride to get a job application from Dunkin Donuts. This women drove by me going the opposite way down my street. I still don't know what to think when looking back on it, but I swear when I looked at her for the half a second I did, she was looking me dead in the eyes doing some bizarre hand gestures while her face was quickly morphing like a witch. I still don't know what I saw. Definitely doesn't end just by touching grass 💀 Also, when I sat in the Dunkin donuts and waited for my coffee, an old friend from high school came in and got a coffee. For some reason, I thought I was stuck in purgatory and that I would sit there the rest of my life watching all my past friends buy coffee.

I texted a comment of 5 easy ways to exsplain on last video. Ok so the true ways to help more lives. To issue a simple word read in areas if mode sets in. Example you read and then a pure air and put ear buds in. Also a inspirational words also a call number so on. I also exsplained to the drug prevention. The factor is if they knew the drug use of example there brother or sister getting pepper sprayed in eyes to represent same as brain non nervous system of pain. Being simple red eyes. To exsplain the pain the other goes trphrewn same as the drinking or pretty ways they think they see is the twinn or other kid of them. Aka kidney aka kid the two per person made. Like the tree that you had in corner of room upper in last video. The factors are. If you would be ok when the other gets high from substaince abuse then the same as the bleach or pepper spray in eyes for them to then be killed for the high times feeling of the high. Why the ones injecting fpdrugs with mispcroscopic surgeons that was not under the doctorate of greek done to others the remote distribution of the drugs to the brain. Also making a way to combat to protect the tree of life. The a friendship cartel took money for there servesice the friend cartel buying the services they used to provide the service to then take services rendered call money to provide there services rendered. So the time line in scool on a book was foldable then moveable. Also if you watched bored people get on a walky talky and have a remote thats just them trying to take the tree down. So keep growing the tree within the brain cause building a better ecosystem and having other life in your home means you provided a servispce to the other life. So if they taught u a life is valuable then example the life is also valuable to there lifes. So when its cold and there is life saying why didnt they feed or plant something to feed us. Thats the need to grow there trees as well like a water bucket and a simple food source instead of thinking singularly. Ecosystems mean alot. With food and growth. So if one took us in to grow as a human then we should show them the other life they are also worth a home with warmth and there balanced ecpsytem as well.

I have the same thing can be like 3-4 different voices but I don't think they're different people like I know it's all happening inside my head but the different voices have different personalities but it's not that I have different personalities because I am just me, just different voices I hear in my thoughts telling me things also very similar to the video, but I've heard that this can actually just be normal and just be anxiety causing this symptom
