Thanks for another update Will. Glad to see the site drying up a bit and can't wait to see the finished project. Jenifer, Addison and Bailey have been doing an amazing job for us (through the ups and downs...lol). Starting to plan our trip as all this has happened during the COVID-19 pandemic so we can reassure anyone that has concerns, you do not need to be in Belize to build. I love seeing all the development going on. I just bought a lot near the cleared and filled Lots. judging by the Drone footage it looks like theres some water on the Block my lot is on, I thought those lots were high and dry likes.

Hey there, it is a high area. The only thing is we've been going through a very rainy season this year! Overall with a couple loads of soil or sand, you're all good.
