What baffles me a little bit, is that many people on that show were claiming that cereal is a healthy breakfast. Not once did I hear the dietician commenting on that. Cereal is usually high in sugar and high in calories, so the portion that you are supposed to eat is very small so you get hungry very quickly. It's also a processed food item. Would be much more beneficial to eat some whole grain, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, eggs or white cheese.

Ninja Fluffy 16 not really, me and my husband are the same wight we have been since we started to be together 7 years ago. And I also had a child too. We don’t diet. We eat a lot of home cooked healthy food and I don’t mean the kind of fake healthy u see in this show. We r not extreme though with our healthy food. We eat things we like like such as ice cream, chocolate and treats. It about moderation to us. We eat in restaurant 2-5 times a month. But we don’t eat huge portions and eat a lot of healthy stuff with giving ourselves room for the treats too.

Basically all the advice can be boiled down to: ★ Be self aware/mindful and selfish when it comes to maintaining your health Know that pretty much anything ; poor sleep, emotions, company, variety, surroundings, etc can effect how much you'll eat and the speed at which you'll eat it And then learn to ignore it all, be separate from it and focus instead internally on what your own body is telling you as to whether it's hungry, bored, thirsty, etc. Guage portion size by your hand and not your crockery/cutlery Set your own pace, pause between well chewed mouthfuls and stop when full regardless on whether that means left food on your plate! Dont eat just because it's a certain time of day, or everyone else is, or because it's free Remember what you've already eaten, by having given every meal your full focus! Dont snack and avoid calorific or artificially sweetened drinks before, between or after meals. Mostly just be mindful rather than disconnected!

@@Laxxmitknaxx They are caloric equivalents. The ladies are not a fan of treacle, so seeing how many calories it would be, it helps break the mental image that what they were eating was "okay". Using caloric equivalents can be a very effective teaching tool for new dieters.(EDIT: My caloric equivalent I use is butter. Seeing my calories in terms of sticks of butter really turns me off of the pizza I originally wanted to scoff down)

Once I cut them, I lost sooooo much weight and I was unhappy until I started cooking again and making time for it, and now I m back from a size 2 to 4 Feels guud. I was scared my chest would forever be lost but its back. It's crazy how energy drinks can hurt u so bad like that. So like I m eating twice a day.
