First, let me say I enjoy your ministry of encouragement. I am not your target audience (65+) but I do love your enthusiasm for your work. Today, it was great to see Pops ( that's what I call your husband) do the slower low impact moves with you. It gave me a few ideas how to modify some of the moves you do that I can't do - as of yet. I have been morbidly obese or obese for most of my adult life. This weigh loss journey is so worth the fight. I am 30 lbs. from my goal. Ladies stay in the battle it is worth it to do journey as healthy and spiritually vibrant as you can be. Will definitely added this one to my exercise play list. Thank you Jo.

That's right! I turned 60 in January. These workouts have been a lifesaver! 35 pounds down and 25 to go, God willing!!

My daughter and I have been doing your workouts (we ❤ the Dance Party Workouts). The first few days we had to constantly take breaks, but now I am thrilledto say we are doing at least 50 minutes (3 videos) a day WITHOUT taking breaks. We love you Jo! YOU have changed our lives. Never in my 44 years did I think I would enjoy exercising, but you make it fun and I am so thankful for finding your videos.

This was my first workout since September. I've gained all the weight that I lost last year and at the end of this, I just cried. Proud if myself. I didn't want to workout, but once I started, I was engulfed. I loved this workout! And I'm happy to be back in the GloWithJo community ❤❤

I’m 4 months pregnant and have been suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum since the beginning. This has been my first workout in over 3 months and I so needed this. It’s good to be back moving with bump🤰🏽🥺

First of all...im so glad to have come across you...Thanks a ton!❤ On 31st Dec 2021,I got to know I have PCOD and I'm 17... So,My doc said me I should workout regularly...I previously did workout from KZbin but would get so exhausted and leave after 2days.... And then I found jo...and started her workouts and fell in love with themmm....I could do them...and sweat but feel good and happy..... I feel much better now....AND I also weighed myself but there is no weight loss...idk how butttttttt there is inch loss....people tell me you have become thin! I lost some inches around my hips,lower belly and arms... And when it comes to PCOD from last few months I suffered a lot like my periods never came on time always there was a delay of month or 2 or 3.... And guess what I started journey with jo in Jan...and I got my period in Feb without delay... How much ever I thank you it will never be enough ❤

I started with you Dec 30, '21 doing approx 35 mins 6 days a week, and have lost 17 pounds and multiple inches (also cut out all sugary drinks and most sugar and whoa'd back my portion sizes). So glad I found your videos! And not for nothin' but you two (and your puppy) are adoreable! Thank you! ❤🙌

I’ve been doing your workouts for two months now. I’m about 100 lbs overweight. Today, April 5, 2022 I hit a milestone: I COULD JUMP! The fact that I could get my 248 lbs to overcome gravity for a second is HUGE for me. Thank you for putting your wonderful self out there for all of us!

I don't know if you will see this but I have no words to thank you. Last year I gained weight due to my depression and wanted to get back to my normal weight for a long time, I tried many exercises until I found your channel. I've only been doing the 5 mile intense full body walking workout for a few days and I'm in shock with the results in less than a week. I haven't dieted and I'm still seeing results. I adore you, thank you for helping me with something so difficult for me. You motivate me to be the best version of me.

I loved this workout! I also loved the low impact options, I went back and forth with them to challenge myself. My self care for this week has been to actively set time aside to take care of myself. So far it has been taking 10 min to do a skincare routine before bed.

These videos are so helpful when I'm feeling unmotivated to exercise. Its a lot easier to show up to a quick moderate workout than dread a 45 min gym sesh with others around. Thank you!

You two together are the most fun to watch. Two requests: 1. More videos with him please! Or at least with a male doing low impact moves. I’ve been doing your workouts for 6mo and finally convinced my hubby to join but he’s not a dancer and says he loves this one because he can do it and doesn’t feel silly because he just does the same thing as the guy. 2. A playlist with all the videos with low impact moves.

I just started to do your workouts 2 weeks ago, and I have to say I have never stuck to any workout plan but you make it so fun I get excited to move my body! Just moving my way up from 15-20 min workouts to your 30 min ones! Thank you so much for all the amazing videos.

I’m so frustrated!! I had been doing your videos for a month and lost 4.5” and 3lbs; I was feeling so good!! Then we had so many snow days and online at home learning, and I got completely derailed and gained it all back!! I haven’t worked out in a minute, and I’ve been eating poorly, and I’m so stressed about it all!! I have a goal to lose some weight before a beach family vacation in June, and I’m feeling really discouraged. I just need some encouraging words!! I love your videos though because they are so easy for me and fun!!
