@@BGeezy4sheezy I mean the old guard were still lab experiments, just with a different aim entirely. The old methodology of bodybuilding wss proportion, symmetry, and trying to match the aesthetic of the Adonis from Greek art, among other cultures, which depicts a very well proportioned man of Herculean scale. The modern methodology is that of the mass monster, being as big as possible to overshadow the competition around them. They also might have looked healthier, but the older generations were still on crazy amounts of gear and the lifestyle was still unhealthy. Yeah, they didn't have some of the issues we see in the modern era, like HGH gut or the same degree of organ growth, but it wasn't exactly good for longevity, and most of those bodybuilders ended up with pretty serious long-term health issues. I too prefer the old aesthetic over the modern one because it looks more human, but I honestly wouldn't want that physique either, though it is impressive to look at.

Due to his genes, his melanin, his divine, African roots. ● Sergio Oliva was a Black man from Cuba. 🇨🇺 FUN FACT ● There's more Black people in Latino América than in the USA. The African diaspora started with the first exodus of Israelites, the real Jews, 722 BCE. Most Latinos are of Indigenous and African ethnicity, however the US government labeled us Hispanics to hide our roots and make the White population appear bigger in numbers. Racism among Latinos comes from post-colonial trauma, media propaganda, catholicism, colorism, elitism. Younger generations are restoring our cultures and true history, we created 2 of the 6 original human civilizations. We're part of the scattered tribes of Israel.

What a muscular body he had and we all admired him so much. Those days Dave Drapper, Don Howards, Dennis Tinerino, later Chris Dickerson came up after him. But he was our favourite. It's interesting with the wrist factor though as I feel like my wrists have always been abnormally small/thin.. which I wondered if developing the forearm muscles would gradually help the wrists in the long run ect.. There are those that used to use enhancements like Greg Doucette and so he knows what’s up when he sees it. He’s also a coach and kinesiologist which helps him tell by eye who is on stuff and who isn’t: I get educated on the subject from him. If you’re serious about knowing this I’d watch his stuff. In the body building world they make it to where you’d have to be on stuff to get really big. It’s almost encouraged to do it. Unless you are really genetically gifted like Sergio and few others.
