Hello everyone! I decided to share some of my results while doing this challenge. I'll make sure to keep you updated everyday but here's how it went so far: Day 1: Complete Day 2: Comeplete Day 3: Complete Day 4: Rest Day! 🏝️ Day 5: It started getting much easier for me and I noticed how I got stronger each time doing the exercises! Day 6: Complete Day 7: Rest Day! 🌞 Week 1: I felt sore in my core but that's perfectly okay because that means changes are happening inside my body! Measurements I recieved: Stomach: 88 cm (34 inch) Arms: 32 cm (12 inch) Thighs: 63 cm (24 inch) ------------------------------- Day 8: Comeplete Day 9: Complete Day 10: Definitely got easier Day 11: Comeplete Day 12: There was four videos (which was hell haha) but I managed to make it through a lot easier! Day 13: Comeplete Day 14: Rest Day! 🌺 Week 2: These exercises definitely became a lot easier and I noticed how I began to progress on my mental toughness. My body has been able to withstand the tense pain I feel through my muscles and that allowed me to keep moving forward! Measurements I received: Stomach: 86 cm (34 inch) Arms: 31 cm (12 inch) Thighs: 61 cm (21 inch) -------------------------- Day 15: Complete Day 16: Comeplete Day 17: Complete Day 18: Comeplete Day 19: Complete Day 20: Comeplete Day 21: Week 3: Good luck to everyone doing this! Make sure to drink ya water, eat properly (you can have 1 cheat day a week to balance your diet), and make sure your taking care of yourself. Love y'all and I wish you all the best

This is like the best video for the back!!! It kills u and burns you alive but sooooooo worth it. I got a light but seen back line in a day. I repeat, I GOT A BACK LINE IN A DAY!!!!You may not believe me, but it is true. I have been doing this from the 35 summer shred from last year and have added this video into my flat belly challenge that I have almost finished. I have gotten back muscles. It doesn’t bulk, but if you touch my back line it is a solid line. So if you looking to see if it works, it really does. Don’t take my word for it just try it!! (I sound like one of those old advertisements so I will stop now:) Also pls remember everyone’s body is different so some might get a back line in a day vs some get back lines in a week. But the end result is what matters most. So u can do it and remember u re beautiful just the way u are!!!!!

I LOVE this workout! I finished the lean arms challenge a few days ago, and this was my favorite video from it, haha! I didn't expect the challenge to also strengthen my back and abs. I have always been worried about my lower back during workouts due to my family's history of bad backs. I usually feel strain on my back that makes me nervous, so I tend to adjust my workouts accordingly, but this was the first time I felt safe working out my back. I remember getting to this video in the program and at the end of the video I went, "That felt AWESOME!!" I looked forward to it every time after that. Here I am at the end of the challenge, and I can feel a very tangible difference. I love that my back is starting to feel strong! I love feeling confident in focusing on my back instead of feeling timid. Thanks, Chloe! :)

i'm doing this in 2020 summer shred challenge. i'm currently at day 5 and i think i did this workout twice until now but man this says BACK and ABS workout and I feel nothing in my back i'm pretty sure i'm doing it wrong lmao its just my core and arms that hurts. I guess i'll learn to work my back in future days! I really wanna say thank you to Chloe like this girl is such an inspiration (lots of hearts). I did the 2 weeks abs challenge and saw great results and took a break and I started again with the 2020 challenge and i'm SO excited to see the results!! I’ve got postural kyphosis due to muscular weakness and I’ve been doing your 2 week shred to start building up my core but I think I might throw this in too for a challenge. Exercises on my back like heel touches and crunch variations make my spine sting when I move it across the floor but this video looks perfect for me since most of the exercises are on your stomach and off the floor. @@meshioyeoluwashikemi6373 it gets easier the more you do it. if you combine it with the other exercises she recommends, you'll feel results within a few days and see results in 1-2 weeks (that's how it is for most people, but not everyone). it's really effective! just try not to do the same exercise too many days in a row so you can let that part of your body heal.

Weird Sisters B and C my diet already consists of a lot of fruits and veggies, so i didn’t rly stress much and just ate what i usually ate. i didn’t shy away from the occasional dessert though! but the healthier you eat, the stronger your body will be for the workouts. nutritious food will also help your muscles heal. just don’t be too hard on yourself about a diet.

I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I have weak lower back muscles compared to the rest of my body, and I could literally feel my muscles working on these. Now I can get stronger back in ten minutes every other day! 😁

I finished the three week lean arms challenge two weeks ago. In those three weeks, I lost 3.5 inches from my bust, 1.5 inches from my waist, an inch around my hips and both thighs lost about 2 inches. I feel stronger.

I really need to get my butt in gear. I’m very unhappy with my life right now. I don’t have any motivation to do anything. I haven’t brushed my hair in weeks or simply dressed up to look nice for myself. I look in the mirror and I hate what I see. Doing this workout and seeing results will maybe bring a little happiness into my life. I know it sounds dumb and I’m probably overreacting but I need something to feel good about myself even if it means sweating like crazy 😂
