Lost 15 pounds doing pop sugar workouts. Amazing workout content. I work out 5 times a week and eat healthy. Lots of water and no juices or sodas or sugars !! Lots of fruits and vegies!!!

This workout is CRAZY!!! 2 weeks of doing it 5-6x per week, and it's still kicking my butt. It's so short, yet sooooo effective. Ohhh the BURN!!!

I'm 13 and I'm really into shadowboxing, I mainly do it so I can protect others and myself. Hopefully after this pandemic is over, I could join a boxing club. My younger brother joined karate 2 yrs ago and quit not long after, I hope he joins soon again. I also hope that when my youngest siblings get older they could find a liking in a combat sport. Possibly they could even start right now, but not with this pandemic.

hey! im 19 and i love shadowboxing too! i also took an interest in jiu jitsu recently and love it for self defense! putting together boxing and jiu jitsu im super comfortable with my skills and ability to potentially protect myself!

Same, I do workouts for self defence, it’s really important to learn self defence at a young but suitable age and I even convinced my school to teach girls my age self defence

Yes same! I really want to do boxing clubs or at least some martial arts, but my dad doesn't agree with me, just because I'm a girl, and my mum says when the pandemic will stop, so I just do what I want and do these short boxing vids...

Should always pivot and bring the shoulder & hip forward when you punch. The power comes from putting your body weight behind the punch. She did that with the uppercuts, but not with the jab, cross combo or the jab, cross, hook, cross combo. Also noticed she's throwing the punches out there to the point of hyper-extending her elbows. You really want to slam on the breaks when you still have a little micro-bend in the elbow to avoid injuring the elbows.

Anna Elizabeth Decleene It’s not unwanted. It’s important to use proper form while exercising to avoid injury. If you burn some calories, but end up injured & unable to exercise for weeks, then what’s the point?

i only have 2lb weights and i tried at first with them and could barely do it, so i did the rest without weights. i'm glad i did though, because it felt great and i still feel tired. i'm gonna do it a couple more times like that later and then try 2lbs again. boxing moves are so empowering i love it.

Thank you for the great work out video. I am a Lefty and I loved it when you explained one of the movements by starting with “if you are a Lefty,…”. I have not seen other trainers who keep that in mind while presenting their movements ❤

Yep, this is a great workout... especially in Covid times when my boxfit class has shut. I find boxing to be the best for building strength with speed, even if my technique is not great! Thank you.
