I wasn't fast enough editing, but here's part two of the shampoo talk. And I hope you now understand why I review certain products and many not, no matter how 'trending', new & popular they are. I find it very important to at least have an idea what's inside the back of the ingredient list. I don't just trust the label or buy something because it says it's amla oil or a high quality beauty brand. High quality can still contain silicones, which I try to avoid when it's not altering my hair with heat into a straight n silky position.🌱Since clean beauty isn't even a regulated industry beauty standard, it still can contain surprising ingredients. I haven't really mentioned the Curly Girl Method aspects of the Maximum Hydration Method, so here it is. Even if you don't follow any of these curly hair routines or you just pick certain aspects to modify it to your hair care routine, it's always good to know what you're buying. The bitter truth is, not only raw oils & butters can build up on your hair, if you don't wash it with the appropriate cleansers, other ingredients too. So if you start throwing your old products into the bin, at least read the ingredient list and identify what could have been building up on your hair without you realising.

Please tell me how did you get that definition in your hair like that? Did you do something to enhance your curl patter? I have tight coily 4C hair , I love it, but I sometimes wish my coils were not so tight all the time... I want the to relax a little bit!!...Please advise, help!!

Thank you! ❤️❤️ It’s just the regular hair washes I do along gels I use. Always start on freshly washed hair. If it’s been a long time you’ve clarified your hair, use clarifying and chelating shampoos or use clay masks with acv if you love diys. My hair shrinks with humidity back to coily up to 80%, so I usually stretch it with satin scrunchies in the night, if I want to show more length. Layering styling products is what helps a lot. You could try out botanical gels I mention on my channel to see how it goes, because every brand comes with a different price tag unfortunately. I’ll soon upload my hair defining series here.
