My daughter and I worked and worked on trying to unclog our Shark Liftaway Professional and finally figured out what was wrong after watching your video -- it was not a clog in the hose, but rather a clog in the connection between the hose and the inside of the vacuum. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

You're awesome! My brush indicator light was off, and the wheels were not turning. But the power was on, and I was getting great suction. Couldn't figure it out till I watched your video ... and saw you mention it might not work if the "carpet" button was on the "tile" setting. (My old vacuum use to work on both, so this was a new feature to me.) That was the problem, and now it's spinning again! Thank you.

Thank you so much. I have the Shark Power Lift Away model: NV581Q series. I read the manual and was short of calling the company before I found your video. It was not running picking up and making a very strange noise. Your instructions helped me locate the problem and fix it. Puzzle pieces covered by dirt and hair had created a blockage in the airway of the floor nozzle. I was frantic at the thought of having to send it back to the company for repairs. I feel so much better. Thank you again for your easy to follow instructions.

Excellent corrective action instructions! I have watched many review and other fix it equipment KZbin videos, and I find your delivery method and personal style to be the best. I have owned numerous epic fail vacuums that did not meet my needs and in the quest to find the perfect vacuum and not wanting to spend one more dime of wasted money, stumbled upon your reviews. Your review of the shark liftaway rotator pro, inspired me to purchase one from bbab, and I could not be happier. It is the perfect vacuum for me. Keep up the good work!

Great video! Using a broom handle to clear the hose was perfect. And I was not using the correct settings for my carpet.

Thank You!! I accidentally sucked up a cat toy and what a disaster! I tried via a long stick and nada. Checked the web, even less. Broke down and went to KZbin and discovered the error of my ways. You saved my sanity!!

VERY, VERY GOOD video. I do have a question.....on hardwood floors the dirt "spits" out and remains on the floor. No blockage, filters are washed and clean, no debris on brushhead. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have noticed that when using this on a shag/looped area rug, the brush bogs down and the red light comes on, even if there are no fibers or hair that have collected around the roller. Mine does not have "Turbo" setting, Just "Hardwood & Carpet".

there is a spring loaded reset button at the bottom of the cannister filters...you have to remove 5 total screws...the button is black and atop a clear spring-loaded cylinder. . my unit was stuck with no suction. .I pushed the black portion down...the vaccum started suction once aga8n...good video presentation.
