I can not believe that in 2021(don't know when this episode previewed), that there are not 10's of 1000's of people trying to start what they think are "healthy" foods! IT IS NOT A NEW THING!! Many, many entrepreneurs have appeared on DRAGON'S DEN-UK/Can, and SHARK TANK USA, AUSTRALIA, etc. with the same ideas, and most do not last that long. I live in a large mid-west city, and have seen many salad shops come and go, and not there just are not ANY!! I miss them, but people just weren't going to them. Couldn't find good healthy food on the go in Australia of all places. Are they taking the piss? Anyway there used to be a similar franchise called Dressed Salad in Asia and it didn't last. People couldn't make up their minds with all these choices of ingredients at the counter and the line up was huge and it defeats the point of "on the go". It was also hugely expensive and I suspect this has something to do with the many choices, the huge front of shop counter space needed, and subsequently the high rent.
