Sharpening My Dough Cutter with Tumbler the Tumbler Rolling Sharpener

I recently bought a sharpener from you and it worked great but as of a week ago, it stopped rolling good and it gets worse every day. I’ve tried every method of cleaning it, and nothing will help. It’s like something sticky is in there and it’s adding a lot of friction and making it not roll. Could you help me out?
