I’m sorry you’re going through that. Unfortunately we can’t control what the ex says or does but we can control our actions and what we want to deal with. His mom shouldn’t entertain her foolishness. If you feel comfortable have a conversation with his mom. Definitely have a conversation with your man so he knows how you feel and then decide together what you can/will do to make sure you both are at peace. Sometimes that even means for you to walk away from that toxic, negative environment or people who disturb your peace. You are beautiful, you deserve so much more and you deserve to be happy. Don’t limit yourself because you’ve been with him so long or because of your history with him. You can and will find something greater once you let go of what no longer serves you. These are valid points. I can agree that this is also possible. I know from experience. I didn't see it in the moment as everything was happening because you know some men like to make the baby mama look crazy or even do crazy things. However, what that baby mama does there after catching her baby daddy cheating or moving on with someone else when he hasn't 100% ending things with her or ended things in a respectable way, she can only blame herself. He is at fault for treating her and the situation the way he did but she also has to take accountability for her actions.

I get your points but I think it is very important to get to know your baby daddys girlfriend especially if you have kids. You need to cooperate with step parents on both sides and you need to know that this stranger is a good person around your kid. Many stepparents are jealous of the kids as well and don't treat them right. You would not send your kid to a stranger. Also, if your ex has a New wife and get more kids with her, then her kids will be your kids half siblings. It is crutial for parents and stepparents to cooperate for the kids well being

I’m going through a situation my child’s father just got custody of his son. The child’s mother is in like a work release center for whatever reason I do not know I’ve been dating him for two years I have a child With him also. She calls him a lot I do not mind that I get it she’s in jail pretty much but last week we got into a heated argument And made up his child’s mother called his phone it was on speakerphone and she was talking to him and she made a comment AND SAID I will have your daughter calling me mommy now she has a son with him. So I told her never did he hung up with her. I took him to work and he asked me to text his job but I seen that he had text her and told her everything is OK baby I’m at work making this money she never replied back, but I confront him about it he jumped out the car and walked off and left my car door open and told me that I act like he dating her so I’m moving on. And also made her down into a argument and she told me that when she come out of jail he’s gonna fall at her feet like he always do and the only child he going to act like exist it’s hers.

Honestly if I were you I would consider my relationship with the man. Is he worth sticking it out with? Are y’all on the same page with where the relationship is going and y’all future goals? Is he stepping up and addressing her and the issue? Or does he sit back and let her disrespect you and y’all relationship? At the end of the day he’s the common denominator and it’s his bm and his child. You are his woman now and he needs to move as such. He can’t control what she says but he can demand respect for you and y’all relationship while the bm is in y’all presence. You have to realize and be ok with the fact that she will never like you and never try to be on one accord with you. As long as you have a good man by your side and he protects you at all cost, what she thinks and how she feels is irrelevant and she’ll get over it. 😜 Keep thriving sis. I think the mother has a right to ensure that the stepmother has good intentions by her child. If she does not know her, how can she know? If a stepmother can not deal with this then she should not marry a man who has kids. Many parents are worried about the the inviroment their kids are in, that is why it is crucial to build trust. I appreciate the support. Hey, different strokes for different folks 🤷🏾‍♀️. There are many reasons women end up involved with a baby daddy. Some women are even ok with dating men with kids but it’s about finding and dating the RIGHT man with a child. If they’re gonna do it they have to do it right.

I disagree with the family reunion part. A mans baby mother is still apart of the family. That’s still the child’s mom

@@d.ashanti22 yea but what if the child wants there mom included. Why would you separate a parent just because he has a girlfriend. They should be able to get along together at family functions for the sake of the child

@@ChinaMayback if they’re not married legally she is not apart of they’re family. Just because they share a child together doesn’t change the fact

Relax sis, she's not apart of the family, only her child is. she's not married, marriage is what binds a woman to a man's family. That's why you notice many customs around marriage because it's binding of two people and their families. If she doesn't have the man's last name and only her child does, it's obvious she's not apart of that family. Any baby mama attaching herself is just looking for drama and is probably desperate

For this I say it depends on the relationship with the mother and father and the family. If the father and mother are still cool and able to get along and family is ok with it then their is no problem. Everybody is different every situation is different
