Just what I needed. Late night workouts are sometimes the only time you can fit it in, but the calming afterward can take (what feels like) FOREVER. Thanks for speeding up my 😴 arrival!

just did this after my amrap sessions and this was amazing to consciously calm my breat ! i do have a question with pigeon pose is it ok to have my knee out more so my foot is between my wrist and not on my left wrist ? it’s the only way it feels comfortable on the knee ?
