It would be great if you gave some options for progression steps into some of these moves.

Amazing! I love your scientific, anatomical focus explanations! So good! Tysm for this workout! I have been following you for years and even though I am nowhere close to being an athlete I really love the way you explain the movements - the how and why. Your videos inspire me to be more active and take care of my body. Thank you sweetie!

I'm looking forward to trying this; I appreciate your detailed explanations. Do you have a modified or "pre" version of this for people who are very tight in the hips to work our way up to what you're doing?

It was AMAZING, you must try it! I'm in the same boat and I modified by pausing the video often to give myself time to breathe into each pose. + instead of following her quicker counts for certain moves, (which are lovely when I'm not extra tight like today) I'd just pause the vid and do the same move but wayyy slower while breathing reallly deep. So good! I just found this channel and i have a feeling it's gonna become a part of my holy grail for mobility instruction/sequences

Hi Shona, I love this sequence. Thank you! I have tight hips and I have been told I need to strengthen my core to help them. I have also been doing this every day for the past few days. When I woke up this morning, the front of my left hip very high up hurts. Is this a sign I have injured something or just a sign that I have worked the muscle? Thanks!
