Plantar fasciitis is just the worst and you can't wait to go running. But is it going to make the pain worse or lengthen the recovery time?
We'll find out in this video.
Just like for most running injuries, you can always start with
1- reduce volume
2- reduce intensity
3 - take the opportunity to work on gait, technique and accessory movements
Best moment to do that is during your warmups and cool downs, which I know you do!!! Right?
