Should your tween have a cell phone?

Do you ever regret giving your child a cell phone? I saw a mom on TikTok go viral lamenting the drama that comes with middle schoolers having phones. I'll admit I'm still figuring things out with my teen, and I'm not in a hurry to get one for my 11-year-old. What age do you plan to give your kids a cell phone?
