Hi everyone! You may have seen me comment on some other videos! 😊 I am going to try a variety of Nina’s workouts to replace my own to see the results! I will be attempting this workout for two weeks! Starting observations: Shoulders are nice and feminine but back has a slight bra bulge(under armpits too) and back is not fully defined(toned but not defined) Week one: (September 26th 2024) Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Was a little hard to do as my arms were sore from another workout I did, but other then that I’m already seeing results. Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Rest Day Day 7: Weekly observations: Week two: Day 1: Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Rest Day Day 7: Weekly observations: Did I complete my goal? ▪️(Will be a green tick if I did, and will be a red cross if I didn’t)
