I loved this episode. I also teared up several times at some of the questions I began asking myself. The younger version of me is proud of the woman that I am. I realized that I have lost some of my youthful joy, and I will do what it takes to get it back. Thank you, Amanda, for this conversation. Thank you, TS for being the example of living out loud.

Love part 2. I have a life coach who has helped me tremendously! But even he said I should still do therapy. Most of my friends(all black) are actively in therapy, so I love that for us. Get a life coach to start if you feel a therapist is too big of a first step. It will change your life 💕

This one and the therapy Small Doses are my favorite ones so far. I had a biopsy today, and it seems like not one of us can have it all at the same time. I have mastered the money, the business, the relationship but now here comes health. This episode is really speaking to me. Listen!!! This has happened to me in just 8 months ago. I knew it because I was seeing a therapist the whole time but I was afraid to get out. People pleasing… I didn’t want to be seen as the bad person that caused the relationship to end so I stayed longer than I needed to and while staying I was verbally abused over and over. It was so painful. I thought because I wasn’t getting physically abused I could take it but I couldn’t. I said a prayer and God got me out. Still dealing with the trauma from the pain. EMDR is helping a lot. #SupportTherapy

I'm a couple months late. I don't watch much TV. I don't really know who's who in the world. But I am SO THANKFUL, DEEPLY GRATEFUL to learn who TS Madison is. I was already loving someone being real AF through an entire conversation, but that breakdown at 44:10 was the icing on the red velvet cake. Yes, I'm glad I came to the Amandaverse. Really hoping there's a part 3, 4, 5, and 6.

What I believes holds me and probably others from going to therapy is the fear of going only to feel even more unfixable. Like I'm afraid to find out that there is no hope or brighter days to come. Leading it to become a waist of time.
