CHALLENGE 8 / SHOULDERS AND CHEST / 8 MIN
I present to you a series of short routines that I've called "CHALLENGE 8."
These are 8-minute strength workouts in which we will be targeting the main muscle groups or muscle areas, in pairs.
We'll do isolated exercises for these muscles and compound exercises where we'll involve both muscle groups worked in each routine.
It's important to use weights, even if you're just starting and your dumbbells are light.
These routines will allow us to activate our metabolism in a few minutes, get our heart rate up, and are ideal for people who have limited time to train or for those who split their training into different moments during the day, or simply as a routine to complement other workouts for a complete training session.
There is no warm-up or stretching; we start directly with the muscle work. However, if you're new to exercising, you should prepare your muscles with a warm-up like this one: • Evita Lesiones con est... .
Today, we are working on the CHEST AND SHOULDERS. In my case, I will be using 5-kilogram dumbbells.
