Sig Sauer M11A1 - a Sig Classic DA/SA Firearm!

I know, I know - everybody wants a striker fired wonder 9, yeah, I have them as well. But I truly LOVE the Sig Classic (P229/P226). I've owned the P229 in .40 (great shooter), the Sig P220 (.45 ACP powerhouse!), and at least 6 of the P226 variants - sold or traded several, but still have to have at least a few of the "old school" Sig P-series guns.
The DA/SA design is (to me) incredible for accuracy and control. The double action HAS to be tuned, or you'll have trouble. The SA is perfect out of the box, provided you have the SRT (Short Reset Trigger). Add a GrayGuns PSAIT or their newer triggers, an 18 or 19lb hammer spring, and a GrayGuns Big Fat Guide Rod, and you're cooking w/GAS!!!
Why do I love these firearms? They are made well, they run exceptionally well, and they look AWESOME. But they're not just good looking, they RUN, they're ACCURATE, and they are TANKS!!!

My favorite pistol. I had some FTE with 115gr Winchester but that's not unheard of with that ammo. 124g and up it eats and eats. Less than a thousand rds in mine.

I have carried one for a number of years, also have the Tacops in .40 cal and the MK25 all with Hogue chain-link grips, I have had many, many handguns, Glock, Delta Elite, Arex, Smith & Wesson and I always come back to this one and if you need some more UID tags, Carolina laser works make them in thin aluminum with some super adhesive and I found that the tritium fiber optic sights are the best for the front, that comes Factory on the Tacops, congratulations

I have an M11a1 en route to me. After running the Beretta LTT for some time now I've come to really like the DA/SA. (Been a Glock shooter for years, just got bored with strikers). Figured it'd be a good challenge to try and run something like the dated SIG P series just for fun in USPSA matches and just... -fast-. Finding your video here really motivates me get my hands on it and run it like it's stolen! You've proven here it can be done.

None for me, but I'd recommend getting the 3 spring kit, running 300 through. If zero light primer strikes you're g2g. I've had 17lbs work in my M11A1 and a couple P226's, but had to go to an 18lb for a P229 in .40 before, so make sure you test!!!
