What I love about the body shake is that it takes you back to your childhood! If you add a sound to it or just open your mouth and let the sun come out like a little kid you can imagine you’re being shaken up and down like a cup and put you in a very good frame of mind

That’s a great way to think about it! We tend to wait till life is chill to make time for practice, but practice is most helpful in the chaos!

Nick, I love how you speak about "knocking on the door" giving us enough energy to do the qigong. That's the truth! Also, when you announce where we are like "in our second to last exercise " because it allows me to relax more. Great video! ❤

Another great practice Nick. I love how you put so many practices together. I am making my way through most of them and lots are on repeat based on specific areas of presumed need. Interesting, I am not sure I would have noticed the music but others have remarked on it so I was aware it. A a little overpowering perhaps although it matches the majestic mountains behind and perhaps the intent of the practice. Thanks so much for all of these.

Nick, I was wondering if you could recommend a 'companion book' for the Qigong practice? Perhaps, something with easy reference to both breath (breathwork) and movement. But also, would love to purchase a book on origin and history. Your suggestions are most valued! Thank you in advance 🙏❤🧍♀️

These are all very easy exercises. A good way to maintain some activity. These are of particular benefit for a person undergoing convalences, for someone recuperating from an injury or an illness. Or just for an elderly person who has been sedentary for too long. Easy does it. For maximum benefit practice at the same time every day, for a minimum of three weeks in a row. Good habits require about three months, or a hundred days, to develop grooves in the neural pathways. With perseverance and committment training becomes second nature. Find like minded individualls and practice together. Join an existing group or start your own. Don't give up on yourself. The benfits we can accrue are worth all of our efforts. Good luck with it.
