Thanks for watching ! The banana give a lot of moisture to the muffin... the only thing that I would use is apples and apple sauce, this would make AMAZING apple muffins. Oh yeah, just thinking of it now, it would super delicious.

Hello Farhana 🙂 100% yes, you can use brown sugar instead. It will be around the same amount, remember that brown sugar does contain more moisture than a dry granulated sugar, but it really will not matter. Use the same amount, you will have 100% success. Thanks so much for watching ! 😊

I'll give you an easy suggestion. Don't put any in LOL. Bet you didn't think of that one eh ? P.S. - many other things you can add in, like raisins, craisins, etc. Or - just go plain. You will love this recipe, I 100% promise you that.
