This was my long time favorite of your long old video that doesn’t explain as goood as NOW in all your videos. But in this new version you are sharing again there are so many layered of flavors that every single spoonful is a taste of sensation! Cooking this recipe many times already and he is one of my best and favorite chef Mr. Sin Sin ⭐️KZbin. I’m so grateful to have him in my home with all his well explained recipes and thanks for my parents by teaching me Cantonese for a MUST speak at home and not other language.💚💚
