I respect you so much for following the regulations! There are commercial fisherman in those waters that they themselves do not follow the regulations. I saw a commercial guy gaff and keep a short halibut! The mile buoy has been holding halibut. Or if you head out further passed the red tide into clear water you’re more likely to find a ‘but!

Fund day on the green boats. If you go right from the wharf and look to the shore there is a green house that sticks out. Fish that anywhere from the kelp to straight out. Good little line. 🍻
