No comments on this video?! This video should have millions of views. I've been skipping my period for YEARS and have never gotten the spotting while doing so. I don't understand why not more people are doing this!!

This info should be more widely available! I’ve been taking mine continuously... Why have a period if you’re not sexually active or looking to get pregnant? I had the option of this or tranexamic acid with metformin for my PCOS and menorrhagia. Taking the pill continuously also helps with the PCOS symptoms :) I wish I started younger! I started the pill at like 25 and continuous at like 27. I’m 30 now. I have no idea how I put up with it all in my younger years... needless suffering tbh.

I honestly didnt even know you can skip that last week and NOT have a period! I was looking at my calendar and BOOM the week of my vacation is the week of the sugar pills. But wow i am so relieved lol.

Does the pill help with dysmenorrhea or is mefenamic acid more effective? I’m thinking of switching to the pill but only if it gets rid of the pain

This should only be done for a few months though yeah? My wife has been doing this for 7 years and I believe it is screwing with her head bigtime. She cant be reasoned with.

can you take the 21 pill(microgynon) continuously without the 7 day break ? will it stop you from having a period ? btw this isn't for contraception its because my period starts on the week i go on holiday .
