For anyone that wants to know my routine: I jumped between a bunch of Emi's workouts my first month while trying to find what works for me, so I'll just list my current February workout schedule. I'm no expert, and what works for me might not work for you, but this routine is what I've found works for my current level and schedule! I alternate these workouts every other day. Skipping 1-2 days a week depending on my schedule. let's do this! i've always disliked my arms, but this changes today! i'll do this challenge for 30 days, let's go! :D _`+_ *day 1* _`+_ my arms are shaking! ah! that last one had me panting on the floor like a dog. but, i am glad i did this and i'm excited for a change. _`+_ *day 2* _`+_ my arms were sore today, especially my right one. today was a lot harder! the last exercise is _so_ hard for me. _`+_ *day 3* _`+_ aaaagh! today was _really_ hard compared to last time. i still cannot properly do the last exercise but i'm getting there! _`+_ *day 4* _`+_ today was a _tiny_ bit easier. still pretty hard tho. my arms are a little sore. _`+_ *day 5* _`+_ today was easier. the exercise at 12:31 was _really_ hard for me today for some reason. _`+_ *day 6* _`+_ today was, once again, a lot easier for when i started. _`+_ *day 7* _`+_ a week in! today was intense but not horribly. i haven't seen a major difference in my arms yet (obviously) but they are slightly more toned. _`+_ *day 8* _`+_ today was harder, ugh. _`+_ *day 9* _`+_ today was average. i haven't seen much of a difference yet, but i am sure that'll change. _`+_ *day 10* _`+_ 1/3 of a way done! i still struggle to do the last exercise. :( _`+_ *day 11* _`+_ today was easier. my arms are _slightly_ more toned. _`+_ *day 12* _`+_ _aaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHH!_ the last exercise was really hard today. :( _`+_ *day 13* _`+_ today was easier! this is a rollercoaster. xd _`+_ *day 14* _`+_ today was easy again. my arms are more toned then from where i started! :D _`+_ *day 15* _`+_ *half way through! :D* today was average, nothing new. _`+_ *day 16* _`+_ today was average. my arms are slightly slimmer. _`+_ *day 17* _`+_ my arms are definitely slimmer! _`+_ *day 18* _`+_ my arms are really muscular now! xd _`+_ *day 19* _`+_ today was easy again! almost done. :) _`+_ *day 20* _`+_ 10 days left! my arms are a lot more toned from when i started! yay! :D _`+_ *day 21* _`+_ almost doneeee! _`+_ *day 22* _`+_ nothing new, today was easy. :) _`+_ *day 23* _`+_ nothing new either! almost done! _`+_ *day 24* _`+_ *almost doneeeee!* i am so happy! :D _`+_ *results* _`+_ okay, so i forgot to add the last days, but i did do them! i would totally recommend this workout, it toned my arms and slimed them down a lot. i am so happy with my results, thank you so much emi! :D

Just a week ago, every single one of these exercises was super hard to do, can barely last 5 seconds in each exercise, but now my body is adjusting and more used to these exercises I can do around 20-30 exercises with ease and shockingly after doing multiple exercises of emi's workout per day for a week, I've lost a lot of weight and I can definitely see the changes and my fully body looks more thinner than a week before. Like Emily says in every video, no pain, no gain!!

I am doing this hand exercise from 5 months and here is the result my arms get tone, my coller bone is visible now my and the most important part is underarm fat which is completely gone.....thanku very much mam.... It helps me a lot... Now i can wear sleeve less top freely without any hesitation.... And the fun fact is by doing this exercise automatically my stomach area also become flat...... This really work.... Since i have lot of fat near my arms it take me around 4-5 months to get tone arms.... 😍😘

@@hh8089 if you're looking for fast weight loss, do inclined treadmill workout. It definitely helped me in losing weight and i have low metabolisme lol. Hope it helps

I did the legs and the abs and they were great, broke a sweat and was sore the next day but this is the first one that almost made me give up as I just couldn't do the last one! 😂 I've been doing your excercises for a month now and I've lost 2cm around my waist and 1cm from my thighs and butt. Slowly but surely! Thank you so much for inspiring and posting these Emi, I love how you keep pushing even though you are obviously feeling the burn too, makes me want to not give up!

2 months ago, I remember doing this workout for a month! I died every single day I couldn’t be able to do a push up.. and other moves in proper form. now after so much programs I’ve completed this was pretty easy one and didn’t take breaks while doing it .. so proud of mee ♥️ thank you Emi :)

I’ve just done this workout in two days and I lost 3cm in arm circumference😱 The results are quick and obvious that I can already see my arm muscles coming out! I think the tabata style suits me really well😊 Loads of support❤️

It’s the third day doing your workouts and completely love it! I like that they are not too long and I am actually capable of doing them. Normally I cannot finish any workout from any channel but yours are good to follow but also intense. Love it and I’ll keep doing them for reaching my goal! While I was doing this workout I realized and it was very difficult to bend my arms because I have arms that have a different shape, there are not straight, my elbows touches each other forming a v shape, I don’t know if I am explaining myself what what I want to ask if anybody happens to have the same situation and me and could tell me how to do the push ups and so because I cannot bend them like normal people.

I love these Tabatha type workouts. They go fast and you sweat so much so your killing too birds with the one stone adding some cardio also. I felt the burn and enjoyed it.

I have recently discovered your channel. Trying to make a routine out of it...with over 50 pounds to lose, I can only do the low impact exercises. Thanks for keeping it short because it's hard and doable and you are an inspiration. Thanks a ton for not being too chirpy and not having those useless moves from some other popular channels that are impossible to keep up with.

Okay, time to take advantage of quarantine... Left Arm: 29 cm Right Arm: 29 cm Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ Day 3: ✔ Day 4: ✔ Day 5: ✔ Day 6: ✔ Day 7: ✔ Day 8: ✔ Day 9: ✔ Day 10: ✔ (It is definitely not easy! I can still remember how hard it was for me in day 1 BUT I am proud I can manage to complete this exercise until the 29th. I am still having difficulty doing the push up hold, it's crazy! but I always keep trying 💪)
