i've been doing this workout everyday with one rest day in between for about 3 weeks now, and i can definitely say that this workout helps tone out your upper arms. my upper arms used to have more "jiggle" to it, espcially when i washed the dishes lol,, but now they're quite toned & firm!! i actually have muscle when i flex hehe. i did no diet, and still achieved these results! it's difficult to stay consistent but the results are so worth it!! you can do it guys!!!

Arm excercise (before exercising) 1st - 33cm 2nd - 32.5cm 3rd - 32cm 4th - 32.8cm 5th - 31.5cm 6th - 31cm 7th - 30cm My school uniform is finally not too tight around the arms, yay!! I've noticed that my arms burn faster than other people's because I've reduced my calorie intake and sometimes do this exercise twice or thrice a day. I'm so glad that emi makes plenty of workout varieties in her channel. When I can't handle a 20min HIIT, I switched to 10min hiit that she also had. I just discovered that I can't catch my breath with workouts that had 30 seconds each workout with 10 seconds rest. But I can handle 45 seconds each workout with 15 seconds rest. Its just amazing. I can finish off a leg workout in the same specs as well as HIIT. I'm so happy that you have a 10min sitting arm workout. This way I can do my 10min HIIT - 10min sitting arm - 10min leg/thin standing workout. This is just perfect, I feel great without catching my breath. I've been doing the arms and legs for two weeks and now this month I'll incorporate the 10min HIIT for a total of 30mins of workout a day. Wish me luck guys! @@atiafarzana7441 sorry for the late reply! i think it depends on the frequency that you do it, i stopped when i felt my bones hurting at the punching exercise. overall i think it's more of a softer kind of exercises that doesn't make you gain visible muscles, but does tighten the fat on your body. if you want to lose fat, make sure to stay in a calorie deficit too!

Doing this along with an arm and leg workout in the morning + sometimes will go to the gym as well Doing it for 10 days first to see if it works Note: I am doing OMAD, eating a good and nutritious breakfast (Make eggs but in a slightly different way, have some toast and just a juice or smoothie) Day 1: ✅(Did the 3 workouts + a walking workout at home because I couldn't go to the gym today) Day 2: ✅Same as day 2 Day 3: ✅Did the 3 workouts + treadmill and bicycle thing in the gym, I can already see slight changes in my body! It is definitely not an inch, maybe a bit less than 1 cm? But that is great for 3 days! Emi Wong is such a life saver!!! When I tried it I feel like I'm not gonna make it but when I remember I do have a reason to do it, I think positively... I was 65kg before, now I'm 55kg. I only eat breakfast and lunch but I often do OMAD(one meal a day) and for dinner I always do water fasting. So, I tried for a month and this is life changing. My arms are slim & beautiful and I’m super excited about it, starting to use sleeveless tops with confidence and happy with my arms. I still have some work to do with than but it’s amazing have all this result in just one month. I will keep my perseverance with this workout.

I love how emi's workout are so doable even tho its not easy, so it doesn't feel that burdensome to stay consistent. I've tried other workout youtubers, but i would usually give up at day 5 bcs they're so hard to keep up. It's been a year now since ive been religiously following emi's workout, and i can honestly say that she has helped me so much. I love you emi, God bless you always 💗💗💗

I have started this routine yesterday and I'll try to update daily Measurements arms - 10.4" Day 1 : finished every workout efficiency except the last one it's so damn hard Day 2: done except the last one gave up before 5 secs. Day 3: skipped today I was doing some other routines for fat loss Day 4 : Done except the last one again gave up before 5 secs left.

So I found this workout not that hard and I'll be trying it starting from today , I'm actually doing this together with April Han's arm workout , so let's see when my arms are gonna slim down I put this in my playlist so I probably won't miss any day Day 1 : Done (the only hard part was the last one , I almost fell because my arm wasn't strong enough , let's see if they got stronger lolol) Day 2 : Done (as always , the last one was the only one that truly hurts my arms lolol , I did 2 sets of the others since I barely feel anything , and I also skipped rest time) Day 3 : Done (I rewatched mafumafu's videos and got carried away that I almost forgot... I did 2 sets of the whole workout today , it's not as hard as yesterday) Day 4 : Done (I did another 2 sets of everything today , my arms are getting a little tougher from the muscles , but I've been having a hard time controlling the aftermath of starving myself last week , so they probably won't get much slimmer... it's gotten way easier to do the workouts compared to the first day) Day 5 : Done (Nothing to say , I'll leave it at that) Day 6 : Done (My arms are slowly getting slimmer , which is good news for me) Day 7 : Done (I reached a week !) Day 8 : Done (Omg , I fell asleep right after that I forgot to update ystd lol) Day 9 : Done Day 10 : Done (Is it bad if I started doing 3 sets in a row ? Being honest with anyone who wants to check whether this works or not, (spoiler, obviously, it is Emi, all her workouts work) but for people being skeptical, I used to do this everyday (PS. I am on an exercise program of Lilly as well and am active as a whole though. ) but never have my arms actually toned so well with easy visible muscles within a week. A week guys. (it may also be because I am doing other exercises in the day I understand, but emus thigh workout is another one I do.) so tldr, it definitely works, my arms even after doing sk many exercises over the years hadent reduced my arm fat, this one helped a tone. Just be consistent. (I did this everyday and sontinue to do this everyday) even if it doesn't tone, it helps you rather than doing nothing. So go for it.

I always do all workouts recommended by emi and they really helps alot so am gonna try this one out (twice daily) and yaah gonna update for those who come here to see whether it worked or not sooooooo let's get it.....( in jk voice) D1- well it hurts little not too much D2- today it hurts more than yesterday cause i always do this after intense workout, jogg and cardio workout also I have a very stict diet than that of a normal diet person ( also my arm size is 12 inch) D3- It didn't hurt today n it also healed my slight back pain D3- done, little pain but no pain no gain D4- did it !!! Also I noticed slight difference in my arm size it's 11.9" now D5- Done it was really fun D6- done I can see change in my arm they are much more toner D7 -✔️ Ikr it's been really a long time n i didn't updated but i wanna tell y'all i have done this exercise for 1month and a week n still doing it twice daily and my arms are really slimmer now it's 6 now keep doing it cause no pain no gain 💪

To anyone who has been wanting to try this….good luck on ur journey Upper arm : 11 inches Forearm : 9.5 inches I have started this workout…here are my updates Day1 : the workout was very hard….coudnt do the 10 sec of every workout Day 2 : coudnt do last 5sec of open the curtain but overall better Day 3 : the workout felt a lot easier and arms felt relaxed…noticed a little change Day 4 : coudnt do it sorry….had a lot of homework Day 5 : a little harder than day 3 due to the skip and felt the burn hard I will be taking the measurements at the end of the week No Pain No Gain !

Arm measurement: Right arm-12inch Left Arm-11inch AFTER- Right Arm - 11.3 inch 🌼 LEFT ARM- 10.9 Inch🌼🌼🌼🌼 Day 1 - done ( feeling pain in my arms😭) but i know the fat is burning 🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️. my arm measurements are also same as you,i will do this with you day 1:done🔥(I did this by watching tv)😃 day 2:done (my arms are literally shaking when I am writing this 🔥) day 3:done (asked my mom to write this comment because my arms died 😇😂) 🔥 day 4:done (it's burning so bad🔥😈) day 5:done 🔥 day 6:done ( i think it will continue to burn 🔥) day 7:done 🔥 day 8:done 🔥 results right arm 11 inches left arm 10.5 inches I will do this for a month and I will update guys bye guys I will meet you after a month
