Did you do any other workouts with this one? I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks and haven’t seen a difference. I’ve been trying to lose my armpit fat for so long now and nothing seems to be working.

I've tried this. And it's works! Omg, i can't believe!! In a Day 10, i already got results! My arm is getting slimmer. I felt like my clothes is getting bigger lol, but it's was my arm. Now my normal shirt that fit me perfectly my size is now become oversize ! I love this workout, and i still doing it !! Now im in a day 17! It was hard for my arm to move to do the workout but i keep forced myself and i am so happy right now. It's worth ! ❤️

Ik a lot of people have been doing this and not keeping up with it😂 but 1 like = 1 day. I'll update every 5 likes if I get there lol :) Day 1: I really enjoyed doing this :) it wasn't too difficult so I think I'll be able to do it every day! Day 5: My shoulders and armpit day area is getting kind of sore, especially when I do the workout😂 I'll keep at it tho! I feel great :) (I've also been doing 10 minute ab workouts after this one!) Day 10: I continued to do this every day & it's been getting easier :) I injured my arm a couple days ago so I haven't been doing much working out lately. But- I do see a difference and the workout is getting easier and easier :) Day 15: I had to take a little break because I busted my shoulder but I did some of the light workouts! Day 20: I've been trying to do it every morning & I've been having more energy throughout the day! Day 25: My.arms.feel.like.spaghetti. Day 30: Okay this is getting a little easier! I think I'm going to take a break for a couple of days though haha Day 35: I only did this workout 2/5 days :) Day 40: I'm seeing a difference! I've been eating a lot recently because of stress and stuff like that but I'm getting toned!! SO EXCITED --- Sorry for the lack of update!! I'll be getting back into this soon

@@komalgill2557 hi! I was sore after the first 5-10 days and FELT. A difference after about two weeks but didn't SEE a difference until about a month in. Everyone had a different body type, etc. though so be patient!!

i will do it for 21 days. i will keep you updated everyday if i see changes or not. 1 like = 1 motivation DAY 1 - i finished it without taking a water break and even small breaks in between excercises. it burns a lot in my arms. DAY 2 - wasn’t able to do it necause i was sick DAY 3 - still sick DAY 4 - exercises seemed easier than day 1 ps. i am doing the arm circles and wall push ups every morning nefore going to school

Hey guys, so I wanted to share my story with battling arm fat. A few years ago I lost a good amount of weight, about 20 kg (40lbs), when I was bigger I didn't really pay attention to where I stored fat, but after I lost the weight, it really started bothering me. My legs were really skinny and not proportional to my huge fatty arms. I was very self-conscious and unhappy with my body, I started weight lifting but always skipped arm day since I was afraid it would make them bigger, little did I know that was the key. In January I started doing upper body days, with weights, to be honest I didn’t see any progress, I started researching on how to lose fat, the thing is I was pretty much already doing everything that was suggested, I was even considering going under the knife. Around 2,5 months ago I started doing one high-rep, low-weight workout 4x a week, and also added body wraps (oil + plastic wrap), I forgot to mention that since I’ve lost the weight I have been eating mostly healthy, but recently I really focused on my macros and calories. I finally started seeing results, I have been doing this specific work out for about 2 weeks everyday with a rest day on every 5th day, combined with the first work out I mentioned 3x a week, I am still using body wraps every other day. In total I have lost around 3 cm in both of my arms, but more importantly I can finally see them defining, and my muscles showing. Just to be clear my arms aren’t magically slender and it takes a lost of work and dedication but it is possible, I will keep this routine hoping it will lead me to my results.

Akhil Kumar Heyy, well I wasn’t following any specific meal plan, I counted calories and focused mainly on whole, healthy foods. I didn’t completely eliminate cheat meals because I believe balance is the key especially when maintaining the progress. I suggest using an app such as myfitnesspal to help you in the beginning, as long as you are not obsessing over it. :)

Did this for +/- 4 months now with double the time for each rep, 5x a week. Happy to say that my arms look much more toned + fit! My armpit used to look chubby and I used to be so jealous towards people whose armpits 'cave' when they lift their arms. Now mine are significantly less chubby and does that mini cave-in whenever I lift my arms as well. Thank you, Emi!

I just want to say, THIS WORKS!!! In just barely a week I saw so much fat loss under my arms and back. There is literally gaps in the sides of my bra. Definitely works!

I started doing this today so I wanna update my measurements to motivate people and myself DAY 1: right arm : 30cm left arm: 29cm chest: 74cm (I'm measuring right under my boobs this is not my breast measurement) DAY 2: R arm: 30cm L arm: 29cm Chest: 74cm no change yet DAY 3: well :/ still same it actually kinda looks slimmer but my measuring tape don't show the millimeters Since I can't see the results that soon I'll be back in 4 days to update my results DAY 4:✔️ DAY 5:✔️ DAY 6:✔️ DAY 7:✔️ currently; R arm : 29cm L arm : 28cm

My 2nd day!. I have huge fat arms, my fat is concentrated in my back and arms. Will do this everyday for 2 months. Will update here. I hope this is effective for me. As of now I am feeling the paid and so motivated. Hopefully I'll get motivated everyday.

I just wanted to comment that I've been doing this for almost a month and I see a difference! Everyone's body is different so fast results aren't guaranteed. With a good diet and constant activity, you will see results!

these videos make a beginner to want to try! they’re easy to follow and include helpful tips like what the exercise should feel like or how it should make your body feel. During the rests i am glad to see an example of the upcoming exercise and verbal explanation. As the rest timer counts down, Emi likes to give you a push of encouragement and it REALLY keeps you motivated. thank you for these videos. they are very well suited for people who are self-starters

This is my first day and I am doing this for my sisters wedding in may so I will keep u guys updated Day1:completed,my arms are sore but her encouraging words helped me complete the workout Day2:completed but are sore Day3:completed,arms are not sore today it felt easy to do Day4:completed Sorry,I forgot to update bcs no one liked my comment.but now I'm gonna start updating you guys again Day5: completed without any pain got use to it Day6: completed Day7:completed and I have started seeing a difference already. Il recommend everyone to do this bcs I have started to see the difference and I am so happy.thank you emi.❤😁

ok this is really the most effective underarm workout on youtube. i've tried others and most of those only tone my upper arms (meaning my underarms are still flabby) but through this workout, after every workout i can really feel the burn in my underarms. thanks a lot emi!

From 11.5 inches- 9.75 it really works. But I think it took me 2-4 months to really see the result. I just enjoy doing it and then yeah it does work.

Been doing this for 13days. I’m 70kg when I started. Barely exercising, so doing all these workout made me almost give up at day1. Day1 - only did less than half of the workouts. Day3 - Managed to do more than half Day5 - managed to complete all workouts Day8 - workout was easier but still it burns, armpit fat getting smaller. Day13 - easy but can still feel the burn. Armpit fat still there but slowly getting smaller. Food wise, just calories counting. (Under 5k, average at 3.5k). Will keep doing this until i see this armpit fat is gone. Goodluck to all! A bit of context: My Quince is 3 months away and I’m trying to loose underarm fat and loose some weight in the process 💗 Day 1: Done (Kind of tiring but we can do this!) OMG, I have been doing this routine daily for the last 4 days. Yesterday I did it twice - once at the start of my workout and then again at the end of the workout. My shoulders, triceps and delts are sore today.

day 1: ✅ it's actually not hard! but i can't do knee push up😅 day 2: ✅ still can't do knee push up day 3: ✅ day 4: ❌ i forgot to do it... but i will do it twice on day 5 day 5: ✅ i only did it once... day 6: ❌ i forgot to do this again😭 day 7: ✅ day 8: ✅ i lost 0,5 inch on both arms😱 and my armpit fat is shrinking (not much difference tho. i still can't do knee push up omg i'm so weak :)

I’ve been following your workouts and I will say they actually work. I’ve followed a lot of trainers and doing that I just end up in pain and not doing much of anything. Day 1: It went well, it was burning as hell but i did all the exercises! Day 2: It went a little bit better today, not as tough as the first time i did it. Day 3: still a bit tough, but i made it through. I kinda see a little bit different now🤭 Day 4: I can start to feel a back pain, which i hope its a sign that it starts to happen somethin. I did all the exercises but had to stop for a sec a few times lol Day 5: I finally did all the exercises, it went a little bit easier today. (keep in mind i do also other workouts too) I maybe can start too se a little bit difference but i will do these exercises til all my armpit fat is gone. we will see how long it takes! Day 6: I did all the exercies, the push ups starts to get easier and i dont really see anything different yet but im still pushing it! day 7: restday!!! day 8: I did all the exercises easier today! Day 9: I only had time to do half of the exercises, oops day 10: today went easier, still not that much difference but im still going to do the exercises

Do this with weights. I have 1KG weights, you really don't need anything heavier than that, trust me lol. It just intesifies the burn which is what we love. Besides the jumping jacks (only if you're level pro) and the push ups ofc

This under arm exercise is simple and easy enough that actually burn and help my arm right now to look slimmer than before. My arm actually start losing the fat and gain a bit muscle which looks absolutely unbelievable cause my arms actually consistently losing fat. This is definitely worth to try. I’m gonna keep doing it and I’ll come back after a month to explain my final result. Keep going and don’t give up!!!!!
