Here is a little tip! : If you find this work out a little easy, just take one normal water bottle in each hand and i swear it WILL burn your arms off!!

Day 1 : I can't feel my arms.. Painnnn Day 2: it's painful guys, but keep it up Day 3: I am satisfied. I didn't drop out in the middle today (I can feel the burn) Day 4: No change but I will keep it up Day 5: No difference but burn is real (it's getting lesser day by day, as I am able to do everything without dropping ) Day 6: Can see little difference (well burn is real) THE END: I LOST WEIGHT, FROM NOW ON I WILL TRY SOMETHING NEW. I really don't like working on my arms because I have weak wrists (it's very painful with pushups/planks mostly) so I'm really glad for a standing one and I will definitely use this video in my workout from now on, thank you so much for this!

@@wwaterlilyy it did help to get them stronger, to get rid of the fat I'm not sure, I guess you have to do it longer for that but I have an injury on my shoulder so I had to quit it after two weeks (not because of the exercises tho) hope I can do it soon again :)

Actually after I lost weight I struggled with my arms so I tried bunch of work out but hell no it didn’t work until I found this vid I kept doing this for one month every day and dammmmmhhh I got models arm so don’t gave up and keep doing this and don’t forget to do more then this you cannnnnn dooooo ittt trust me +guys plz like this comment so others can see it

Going to do it twice a day for one month! Before: 27cm in both arms. (10.6 inches) Updates below! Day 1: Done. Tired but not that hard. Day 2: Done. Arms are sore from yesterday, but still managed to finish it. Day 3: Done. Today was the first day that I did two times in a row. The previous days I splitted it into morning and night. Definitely prefer doing it all at once so that I don’t have to suffer twice 😂. Nothing changed yet. Day 4: Done. Exercises are getting easier. My arms aren’t as sore as the first day. Definitely feeling more strength in my arms and little (just a little bit) toned Day 5: Done. I don’t know why I struggled today but still finished it! Day 6: Done. I'm adding weights of 2kg on each arm for the last exercise so that it burns more. Day 7: Done. Still nothing changed yet Day 8: Done. Day 9: Done! Feeling a little bit more stronger now Day 10: Done. Little update, my arms are now 26.5cm. I´m going to keep doing this. THIS WORKSS! Day 11: Done! Day 12: Done! Day 13: 30 Day 14: 1 Day 15: 2 Day 16: 3 Day 17: 4 Forgot to update but after a month my arms did get slimmer!

I Have been doing it for 6days(2 times). i really feel the burn and i will update after 1Month. EDIT: I lost 2kgs and 2 inches. I was also doing the leg exercises and planks. My diet was normal, Low carbs with2 cheat days.

I was watching this video and thinking “wow, just move your arms? This is so easy” I just finished the video and my arms are screaming at me. This was way harder than it looks like

I just finished week one(7 days of exercise) of the arms workout, each time I feel like they would fall off but honestly it got easier the last two days. First day: my form was off for about 3 exercises, took longer breaks at the end managed to finish the workout. Day two: slightly better form than day one. Day three: I decided to listen carefully to her notes on the form of each exercise I got better at the last one and this time actually I felt the burn 🔥with wing fly. Day four: I had a long day and no motivation to do anything so I skipped it. Day five: I actually felt more motivated to try to make the max out of the exercise I sweated and I felt the burn and I did not take any extra breaks! Day six: a bit easier than day five. Day seven: I still struggle a bit with wall push ups since I dont feel like I figured the right form yet. For physical changes, it is not anything drastic tbh. However, my arms are less flappy. Day eight: I put this routine as the last exercise for the day and my arms almost fell off, what's tricky about some days it felt too easy and other days it feels like hell torched in your armpits. Disclaimer: I am on a 1200 calorie diet, with 3 liters of water and other exercises as well.

EMI HOW DID U KNOW? I am terrible at push ups and anything that requires my core muscles (since I have a weak core and painful scoliosis) but damn! I needed that workout! Looking foward to doing these! I always enjoy doing workouts with you to feel stronger again :). My resolution for life is to have strong arms!

Don't worry! Also, if you want to learn how to do push-ups, although I'm not the best yet, start by trying train yourself in doing knee push-ups. When you can't do an exercize, it's A-ok to make it a bit easier. I myself started by doing knee push-ups, and now I can do about four or five push-ups. Another example is that I used to be unable to do side planks, but I taught myself to do them from the knees, and I can do those as well. I believe in you, so if you want to learn how to do them, I know you can!

Hi Emi! I am so thankful to have found your channel. Your workout videos are easy to follow and very effective, best part is no equipment needed. I usually choose 2 workout and alternate every day (so it’s 30 minutes per day) it’s been 4 months now I am stronger compared to when I first started. My favourite were planks and thigh burner workout. Thank you for always motivating during the workout. No pain no gain!

I'm used to having weights (gym) but whenever my class load gets too overwhelming and I can't go I always come to Emi's channel. I feel like she keeps me generally very in shape and usually is a really big help on toning my stomach area. I love this one in particular, I don't have to have weights to do it but I'm not neglecting my arms either! Love it

I love Emi's workouts! She always makes me motivated to continue. Summer is near and I want to feel confident to show my arms. I'll do this workout for a week (At first) I hope I'll see a progress! I'll make sure to update! Before: 30 cm in both arms Day 1: Perfectly done ✅ My arms sore and burning Day 2: Perfectly done ✅ My bones are literally cracking! Day 3: Perfectly done ✅ My arms were so sore before exercising but it felt good during the exercise. Day 4: Perfectly done ✅ I feel a lot stronger. I finished the last exercise without stopping! Day 5: Perfectly done ✅ I don't feel as tired as before. My arms are definitely stronger. Day 6: Perfectly done✅ I can feel my arms slim down Day 7: Perfectly done✅ I completed one week Before: 30 cm After: 28 cm 2 cm may not me much but my arms toned a lot! I'll go for another week with other workouts too

emi, love your videos because you're so real when you work out. when you whine about how hard the workout is i whine and groan louder with you and then chad encourages us both. love hearing his voice when he's encouraging you (and me) and counting down for the switch/change. i love the routine you've got going in your videos: the list of exercises at the very beginning, the timer, the demos during the breaks, the written of what will come up next... all of these strategies really help someone who lacks persistence and is a beginner. keep it up!! your channel is awesome

Doing this for 20 days along with Emi's get slim thighs in 20 days workout and dieting! I will update daily 💫 Starting weight: 147.5 lb End weight: Day 1: ✅ I had a little trouble with the one arm wall push up exercise, but other than that it was pretty easy! Day 2: ✅ Did the whole exercise with no problem, although I am a bit sore in my upper body from yesterday

(Complete) Day two: obs no change but can feel the burn (Complete) Day three: I love this workout lol (Complete) Day four: be careful--almost hurt my shoulder! (Complete) Day five: my triceps look more tone (Complete) Day six: same as day five (Complete) Day seven: Finished yay. Omg youve really helped me! Soooo much. Thank you, you have no idea what this has done for me, my arm fat around my armpits, bra strap and shoulder blade areas are all thinner and I love it!! Emi thanks for the upload ! i hate all kinds of floor work due to my coccyx pain after child birth, that s why i feel so excited when i see you upload standing work out ! btw I enjoyed your 30mins standing hiit workout so much i continue to do it for a week and my waist is slimmer , my thighs are significantly smaller, and i could feel the burn while doing/after the workout. thx a lot ❤

Just wanna say that I love your workout videos. As a beginner, it's great that I can watch you working out to see if I'm doing the movement right. I really struggle with this because I never know if I'm "feeling it". Thanks for explaining what I should feel. Would you ever do a beginner gym equipment workout where you film a whole workout? I've honestly have no idea what to do there and since it's a more public space, I'm super intimidated and worried I'll look like an idiot

I LOVE this workout, today (after idk maybe 15 times after i started doing it) i decided to do the push ups on the floor and use some light weights (like a couple soap bars for example) to do exercises like lateral raise and wing fly and OMG, it got even better

DAY 1:done DAY 2:done DAY 3:done DAY 4:done ( I'm using 2kg dumbbell in most of these excercises now ) DAY 5:done ✔ DAY 6:done DAY 7:done ✔OMG my arms are slim and don't have any muscles just bone with a little bit of fat but now I can feel some muscles !
