Slim Inner Thighs Pregnancy Safe 10 Minutes On Floor / Nina Dapper
Hi loves, welcome to this great workout for lean and slim inner thighs. The workout is also pregnancy safe!
You can also follow this workout during your 1st and 2nd trimester in the pregnancy. A few things I find important to mention before doing this workout:
1. Listen to your body! Not feeling great? Do you feel nausea, dizzy, our of breath or in pain? Please stop the workout
2. Food & Hydration. Always eat and drink something before the workout and have water with you to drink during the workout
3. Be gentle and slowly with switching positions
4. Pause the video if your heart rate feels too high or if you need a break
5. Don’t workout above your pre-pregnancy fitness level. If a workout feels too hard - listen to that!
This workout is in collaboration with a physical therapist Annette van Rossem who is specialized in the pregnant women. If you are dutch: go have a look at her website and never hesitate to book a session (www.zwangerfit...).

Congratulations! How far along are you? I’ve been watching you for years, almost right from the start of your channel, and I just got married and pregnant. I thought I’d have to stop working out with your videos and find another channel with pregnancy safe workouts, but you’re pregnant too, so now I can keep working out with you!

Hi Nina! Huge old fan of your content 🫶🏻 I wanted to ask you if doing indoor cycling is good for very slim legs? I’m trying to slim down thighs and calves as much as possible but I was wondering if that kind of exercise would actually bulk them up which I definitely do not want?

I have a question and i hope you can answer how often in a week do i have to do these exercises to see results everday or every other day and i am following a low carb diet i'm 164 cm and 47 kg so i am not very fat so should i do it everyday and should i take rest days or not

Why don't you take some rest during your pregnacy and focus on your baby instead of focusing on your figure right now... I know that the exercise you are doing is safe but whats the point.... You can again workout for hours once the baby is born... Eat a lot,drink juice,do meditation and walk .... That's what you are suppose to do at this stage

Hello! Of course it’s very important to take enough rest during your pregnancy. But at the same time it will give you a lot of benefits during pregnancy and post pregnancy if you keep moving your body. Working out is not only for the figure and looks, nevertheless!! Think about reducing back and pelvic pain, preparation for labour, stress relief, fewer complications in delivery, improved sleep and faster recuperation after delivery.

@@aprilwalterscheidexactly and they shouldn’t be telling her what to do anyways because she actually did this in collaboration with a physical therapist who specializes in pregnancy! I don’t know what this person wants to do anyways by telling her this .

Walking and meditation are exercises too ....walking is physical exercise and meditation is mental exercise and these two exercises are good for pregnant women too. If you think only lazy people walks and meditates then you're absolutely wrong aunty.
