2:30 = Smoke @ 200º F. for 35 minutes. 3:40 Then spray with butter. 2:50 Then 300º F. for aprox. 20 to 30 Minutes (until crispy) & until internal temp is 165º F. 3:45 Make sauce 5:50 = Wings in sauce. 6:39 Then 300º F. for 15 to 20 minutes.

This gentleman is on the right track. Pay attention too his video and a wood pellet grill. He has helped out a lot. The only difference is I don’t use a cooking pan at the end. I just place them back on the grill grate. My advice is give his recipe a try. They turn out very good. And I’d like too see more of this pit masters videos. He is right! Keep it simple

Great recipe! I’m gonna fire up the Pit Boss tomorrow and do me some wings! I’ll let you know how they come out, but you’ve never steered me wrong. I prepared a 10 pound brisket a couple of months ago - following your recipe - and it was spectacular; great bark, sweet smoke ring, and out-of-this-world taste. Smoke tube was a great idea, btw. I've made wings about 5 or 6 times using your method and they always turn out great! In fact I have some on the Pit Boss right now that should be done in half an hour or so. Thanks for sharing, now my favorite wings are the ones that I make at home.

I have to say, The BEST looking wings I have seen....DAm !!. One thing get that heat pan a cleaning...hahaha. I see a lot of folks cover with a HEAVY DUTY FOIL, easy clean up. Well good videos man.....

Jim Cash. Yes that has always annoyed me and trust me I clean it often. I originally did try to cover it up but it is not flat like the others and I couldn't use my sear function since the small PC wouldn't slide. Thanks for watching.

Doug6714 hey there, I cold smoke them at 200 degrees for 30 min, if u want more smoke flavor take them to 1 hour then crank it up to 300 and in about 1 hour they will be done. These are so good I promise that you will love them. Thanks for watching.

Trying it right now on my ZGrills 450A, doing 225 for the first 35 min., then I’ll crank to 325 for 45 Min. Check my internal temp.....first time using a pellet smoker.....wish me luck

That is not a cold smoke. It is a low heat smoke. Cold smoking utilizes another box or cooler containing ice.

I have the pit boss deluxe my p setting is on 4 temp gets way too hot if I put it on 225 it cooks at 275 do you have that problem? Wings looked great.

Kevin Lavergne it does that when it feeds the pellets but it levels out quickly, go a little higher on your p setting to lower your temp.

In the video, he says total time was 1 hr 25 min. at the 5:25 mark. so that seems to be 30 min. at 200, then 55 min. at 300 according to the video

The whole process took about 1 1/2 hrs but you can do it all in 1 hour if you dont cold smoke them.

Raul Gonzalez I have had it for one year and it has worked very well, everything I have cooked in it has turned out very good. Once you learn how to use it you will love it. If you can afford the 820 go for it, the extra size is great.

Brett Wheelan hey there, just keep in mind that all grills are as little different. 20-25 min at 300 or until skin is crispy then sauce them and back in for about 10 min or until u see the sauce set. U will love em I promise. Thanks for watching and I hope this helps. Happy 4th!
