I've been a chef for 22 yrs in the business have worked in 2 Italian restaurants here in 🇺🇲 which out of the 2 restaurants the owners are from Napole I've had a fascination with Italian food which is my favorite love to learn new techniques....that's this all about learn new things and incorporate new things which I don't know yet if I could go into Italian cuisine all the way though is alot but I'm thinking about it...
