I made pecan pralines with the root beer float mix. Recipe is on Keto Chows website. They were easy and good. I'm looking forward to meeting them in Louisville at KetopaLOUza in a few weeks.

The Root Beer Float is actually one of my favorites!! The best way to make the Root Beer Float is to use heavy whipping cream, Perfect Keto Vanilla Collagen AND Vanilla MCT oil powder. Put in the fridge overnight and make Keto Chow Ice cream!! It's so freaking delicious!!!!

I am so thankful y'all introduced me to Keto Chow. It has been a game changer for me. I normally prefer mine with butter but there are a few that are especially good with heavy whipping cream. The Root Beer reminds me of Mug Rootbeer. Not my favorite, but not bad. I am planning on starting back with 2 shakes a day and 1 meal for the remainder of the month. I love me some keto chow ice cream in the vitamix...only takes a few minutes to make! 8 oz of fluid, I used 6 oz almond milk and 2 oz heavy cream and 2 cups of ice...blend and pure heaven! Will you guys be unboxing your 100k subscriber award before Chris leaves?

Now that I’ve hit my weight loss goal, I don’t use as much fat with my keto chow. I like to make ice cream out of it, so I’ve been mixing it with non fat Greek yogurt. If I’m gonna have it as a shake I just use unsweetened almond milk.

After your comment about the banana keto chow I had to try my one lonely pack. I generally hate banana in my shakes, if I do use I only use one teeny little piece, so I figured I'd never like this banana shake. Well you mentioned mixing with your Peanut Butter flavor Perfect Keto Collagen, so I tried that and I must say it was good. Really, really sweet, but good not sure I could drink it all though. So, I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in the mix and man oh man, it is really good, still really sweet but not too sweet to drink lol I made it with butter to get a 500 cal shake for my break-fast at noon! Thanks for the idea!!

The Nutribullet is larger than the Magic Bullet, then the 900 series Nutribullet is stronger. I wanted a bigger one from my 900 series Nutribullet and got the Nutribullet Rx, that one is really big and also make soups (hot stuff). They've come out with some more technically savvy ones since I've bought them. Can't wait to see what you get!

I do mine lower fat, using 2 ounces organic half and half and then I add protein powder. I fill the rest with unsweetened almond milk and water. Good stuff! I know lots of people do it with butter, but the idea of drinking butter just weirds me out, lol.
