I am absolutely against prosecution of Sovereign citizens in a court of law. How can a judge be so heartless to expect a person of this group answer to the law that clearly has no functioning brain. We should treat these sovereign citizens with pity and change their diapers more regularly as well and just maybe they won't be so cranky

We had a recent murder case in FL, where the defendant represented himself. During the trial, he admitted to killing three people, but with less knife thrusts than the state documented. He was found guilty, and now wants a retrial.

The best explanation for all of these Sovereigns is the one Andrew Torres of the Opening Arguments podcast gives: they have been convinced-or convinced themselves-that legal jargon are magic words, and they believe that if they can just find the right formula all of their legal problems will magically disappear.

Ever since I heard that explanation from Andrew, the idea of a Nam Shub from Snow Crash attached to the things they say. A Nam Shub is essentially human programming language, kinda magic words that make humans do things. An example given in that book would be saying a specific bread making Nam Shub to someone and they go make bread, even if they’ve never known how to make bread before. This seems like that’s what they literally believe some times.

The level of delusion with these people is unreal. I had a lengthy chat with one regarding this individual and (according to her) the US Constitution and all Federal/State laws are only for government employees and that there was no such thing as a criminal code. To "prove" this - she pulled a page out of the Federal Civil Court Code which basically said "this court only deals with Civil matters" and tried to claim it was saying ALL laws are "civil" and "required a contract". She then went on to pull a page out of the Federal Code for Government employees that said the laws in that section only applied to people in the government and tried to claim it was saying ALL laws 'only apply to people in the government' because they are "persons". I showed her the Criminal Code, and the Federal Code that literally said US legal definition of a "person" is all members of the species homo sapiens - she dismissed it as "Corporate definitions". You heard it here, Mike. *We have confirmation that SovCits are either lizard people living among us or are simply too dumb to realize they are homo sapiens.*

Fenix, well done. I am sure it was a frustrating conversation. I have had simular, and it is common practice for the Sov Cit to pull a nugget from an archaic reference without the forward or post verbiage to the quote or disregard the context of the provision all together. I gave up debating with most as they tend to dig in their heels and use what yours stated "That applies to corporate definitions". Or, this provision was written first in 188? - 190?, so it takes precident. Umm, no. They do not understand the theory of amendment and superseding provisions over the original assertion or establishment of a rule, code, provision,... essentally law. There are some that are early in their brain washing that can be saved, but not many. I had one ask me "Do You know what Stare Decisis means?" I said yes, it is latin for let the previous decision or rule stand. There response was "Oh, no,... absolutely not. Actually, it means nearly the exact opposite of that." Well, my introduction to law class may have been over two decades ago, but that is one peice of legal Latin that I see almost daily, so I better know what it means or I'm in trouble and owe some clients, attorneys and judges some apologies. Basically, gaslighting the answer I provided. So, if you chose to engage in future debates, stand your ground and don't get duped by their line of crap'ola. Take care and again, well done!

Yes. I could travel from Denmark to USA and do things that are perfectly legal here in Denmark. But if I did it in USA I'd be thrown in jail and be a registered sex offender. Likewise if an American comes here but brought his AR15 then he would get in so much trouble. Especially moorish Americans loves to argue that they aren't a part of the society of the Americans. First of all. Yes they damn well are because they too are Americans. Secondly even if they somehow weren't. Then it wouldn't matter because they are there! They are in USA and thus the American laws including the ones of whatever state they happen to be in apply to them as well.

The concept he's struggling with is coercion. Put simply, it is how normal people are persuaded to abide by the law. Normal people are those who want to avoid penalties, restrictions, and (when they're truly boneheaded) violence. Coercion is not violence. It is a persuasion technique based on a threat of force. And a state has the sole authority to use this technique legally. People can deny it all they want, but the consequences of that will prove that it actually exist, as the sovcits' traffic stops routinely show.

Mr. Rodriguez forget to mention the "blanket party" & morning wake up call to which all new prisoners are entitled. And, if all goes well, the several proposals of marriage/civil union on jail day #2.

Thats the problem. SovCits consider that to be total victory. Anything less than being arrested for contempt of court is a win for them, making them dig in even deeper the next time.
