Hi again, Winnie. According to FDA, it is not recommended to wash because the bacteria may end up be splattered all over, contaminating other food or surfaces. We usually just use them as is. So far so good. Hope this helps.

Hi Lylaov, these days, broad bean paste is a staple in our cooking. If you can get hold of it, that’d be great. If not, you can omit it and just add slightly more oyster sauce. Hope this helps.

Hi Anson. Yes you can although we’ve not tried airfrying long beans before. Spray some oil on them before airfrying. You may need longer time unless you have a bigger air fryer. Happy cooking!
